Een mooie centrale plek voor als je vlakbij het vliegveld wilt overnachten. Zwembad en gym aanwezig. Parkeren mogelijk in de parkeergarage onder het hotel. Ontbijt is erg goed verzorgd en ruim voorzien. Personeel erg vriendelijk.

Wij zaten op de 4e verdieping (nr 410). Deze kamer grenst aan de gym en het zwembad. Zolang de gym open is hoor je lawaai en de loopband dreunt bijna de kamer binnen. Verder hebben ze het raam (om inkijk vanuit het zwembad te voorkomen denk ik) afgeplakt met plastic. Doeltreffend voor de inkijk maar geen fijn gevoel als je deze kamer gebruikt. Verder is het jammer dat er geen bar of lobby is. Dichtbij in de buurt zijn nl ook weinig restaurants of bars waar je even naar toe kunt gaan.

Everything was great. However, there was a small incident. I was double charged; one through Booking.com and one through the Holiday Inn hotel. The incident is being review at this time. I hope it's resolved.

I never found a costumer service agent to explain me how was the shuttle ride airport- hotel, the Front men desk was rude and racist. Was very disappointed.

Front office staff during check in was very rude, uncalled for comments to us as a customer. This indiviudal should not be working in the front reception area.

The hotel is exceptionally close to the airport, but there is absolutely no airplane noise. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. Lovely large shower.

It would be helpful to have a luggage rack or something similar to put your case on instead of the floor. I didn’t ask the front desk if anything was available as I arrived quite late at night.

Overpriced big time !!!

Not so friendly staff such as the girl attending the desk and the kitchen. I arrived with my two elder parents at 1PM and asked to get the room a bit early if possible to not wait until 3 PM since we arrived after loosing our flight at night and have had poor sleep. Lady at the front desk declined unless I pay for half day. We waited until 3 PM and then she allowed to enter the room which seemed available since we asked.

We had a flight cancelation and needed a place overnight and close to the airport. There was shuttle service to and from the airport.

We left too early to enjoy the free breakfast.

It was a very relaxing stay...the room was amazing...the bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft... Everyone at the front desk was helpful... The lobby was clean...the breakfast area was stocked... The pool looked so inviting... The price was fair...

There was a small glitch with the reservation from Booking.com but it was taken care of... The representative from IHG Rewards was a bit pushy about future travel stays...

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was pretty decent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The shuttle was punctual and the driver was extremely nice. Overall the stay was good.

The soap/shampoo dispenser fell off the bathroom wall and cut my son's foot while he was in the shower. I had to go to the front desk (because no one answered when I called) to get band-aids and alcohol swabs. I also found the price to be a bit expensive.

Reasonably convenient for Fort Lauderdale Cruise Terminal.

No drinking water available either complimentary or to buy as all the drinks machines had sold out. A better-than-expected breakfast but still not as good as other hotels. The cost of the transfer from the hotel to the Cruise Terminal is overpriced at $15 per person for the short journey which picks up at other hotels.
