The best part was the location. It was right next to everything in Denver!

The room was so dirty walking barefoot our feet turned black, you had to pay for having more than two towels and was expected to wash your own towels if you don’t pay for their service fee. I had four people with me and paid and was still expected to use only two towels to share.

The staff was excellent.

I liked the location. It was close to everything we needed. The staff was friendly and the room met our needs

Not even drinking water was available in the room.

The renovation on the 1st floor was great, I like that they put hard floors instead of carpet, so much cleaner. The water pressure was great and they had a shower massager which felt so good. It was very clean the staff was so nice, for the money I paid it was well worth it.

The room itself was decent and everything appears to be in order and clean at you and the facilities even the luxury of cheaper laundry service than most however it's over ran with very questionable individuals smoking crack on the back step..

It appears to be a highway for a lot of drug activity and suspect for going on seems to get around prostitution and open drug use such as smoking foilis on the back s55tyyytep. yet they want to kick people out for stepping out their vehicle to partake in medical marijuana his mind blowing they choose to dictate somebody's prescribed medication but yet allow these people to continue to turn yet another decent hotel into a crakpad. In the worst part about it is there's a hobo camp directly next door and even caught one f****** looking in the window at my young child and watch them jumping faeince. When told management seemed not To new the issue
