Great location, specious and clean room

The location was great. Although the area in noisy , this hotel located in a less noisy street. The staff were very helpful too. My room was amazing, it was specious with a nice street view.

The only issue that I had ( during a day ) was when other rooms ( maybe the upper floor) used wash stand and It made on and off noises which didn’t let me take a nap .

Great location. Fine for one night, but I would probably not stay here again.

Excellent location. Large room. Room was clean. Nice front desk staff.

It needs some maintenance. Wallpaper was peeling in our room. Self check in kiosk was not working. The room was just a little shabby. The hallway on our floor was dirty. Visible garage on the floor, along with dirt.

Jason & Raymond was EXCELLENT STAFF, THEY WENT BEYOND AND ABOVE, WHEN I FIRST CHECK IN THE LADY HAD A VERY BAD ATTITUDE IF IT WASN'T FOR Jason & Raymond We would never come back!!!!!

they didn’t let me reserve

the fact you can self check out.

the staff informed me you canceled my stay but I know that was a lie, because I receive emails from booking confirming my upcoming stay.

expensive with the daily amenities fee -

clean and comfortable, central location, polite staff

the daily amenities fee. it is disingenuous for the hotel/ booking.com to charge me a daily amenities fee without first setting this out BEFORE I booked the hotel. The hotel/booking.com is making me pay almost US$40 for next to nothing in return. it is a daylight robbery. i want a refund of the “daily amenities fee”.
