The room was very nice

The bed was a little too hard for me. I can hear the ice machine all night, making ice.and the wifi access was not working

Location was fantastic! Only a few minutes walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Location is on a busy street, but was not noticeable unless the windows were left open. Highly recommend!

Didn't try it

The room smelt bad. Slept with the window and heater on and left the fan on in the bathroom. I even used a towel to clean the border in the bathroom. Very stinky 😝

The only good thing about this property is that it was close to the boardwalk.

Keys to the room didn’t work and had to go back and forth to keep resetting them 4 different times just to get into our room for the first time, room was nasty did not look like it was cleaned, unknown yellow stains on the bathroom walls next to the toilet roll, sink had unknown gunk stuck to the surface, we had a room with a balcony the balcony door was broken it did not lock, mattress was uncomfortable, bed size did not seem like the one I paid for in reservations, shower water was barley warm not even hot, towels had dark stains did not know if it had gotten cleaned or not..
