Close to boardwalk. Rooms were fine based on need.

Great location right next to beach. Also enjoyed having tea and coffee ready at reception all the time.

Location ideal - short walk across the road to a diner which was excellent. Very close to the beach. Supermarket next door if required. The town was not too far either for anything else. Room was lovely and big with added seating outside on the balcony. Facility to barbecue and sit outside if required. Park close to your room.

I stayed in the 200 cell block, behind the heavy iron prison like gate up the dirty elevator to the 2nd floor where I was greeted by literally the most uncomfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. Spend a couple of bucks more and stay somewhere safer and cleaner/newer

The smell in room 303 we left sliding door open all night and day to see if smell went away Didnt work i think it was the carpet. The Room was clean

the carpets smelled like stinky feet. The staff weren’t friendly. The staff looked serious like if they were mad at the world.

the location was wonderful and convenient. continental breakfast was a huge plus and they had water and coffee for free all day long. very nice stay and having the person balcony’s was a nice touch.

the beds are very very firm and the elevator was a little rickety but nothing else of complaint.

The Boardwalk, it is literally across the street (within a few steps) of the property. They offer a continental breakfast at a designated time every morning (please check with the front desk for the exact times) which offers an assortment of baked goods, bagels/cream cheese/peanut butter, cereal/oatmeal/milk, hard-boiled eggs, orange juice and of course, coffee. The room also has a small fridge and a small microwave which came in quite handy for us.

There is, however, a slight issue with noise. For example, muffled voices can be heard from time to time--I think mostly coming from the door outside. But we could also hear the faint sounds of toilet flushing and showers running. It's not some loud decibel sounds, but it exists and could be an issue for people who want complete silence.

Kind of worn down feeling of the place.

Great staff, comfortable beds! The room was very clean and love that they have big containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash! This has been our families second stay and will definitely be back!

I enjoyed that there was breakfast just wish there was a little more in options.
