Morel 6 in Schiller Park banned me due go late complaints that were honest. I was rejected Friday on the spot even though my reservation was complete and approved.

The front desk person was helpful and friendly. The rooms were pretty clean, and all facilities worked.
The rooms smelled a bit strange. There was no shampoo available, only conditioner

Clean, friendly staff, good value for the money, close to OHare. Room was very basic but clean and comfortable.
There are NO places to eat after 9 pm or so within a reasonable driving distance. If you are checking in late, be sure to dine before check-in or bring something to eat with you. Also, if you are unfortunate enough to have noisy neighbors, you are going to hear them as the walls are definitely not soundproof.

You scammed us. You sent me a email about upgrading our room and listed that our room didn't have a private bathroom so I paid $5 extra for a private bathroom. When we got there I asked about the room without a private bathroom and he said all the rooms have private bathrooms.
I will never book a hotel room through you again. Booking.com was the biggest mistake

We booked for 4 days, and on the first night it was impossible to sleep, because in the next room the dog barked very loudly, the staff immediately changed the room
