Breakfast was fine & the server was extremely friendly. The neighboring area was nice & provided a place to walk.

The bed needed a new mattress. The interior of the room was old and needs to be updated.

I wish a quick coffee station was available for those who don't have time to stop at a cafe.

Pillows was high not my favourite 1 night so didn't get the time to ask for a replacement

breakfast sandwich (egg, provolone on a croissant) from the coffee shop in the lobby was horrible and the wrappings smelled of mildew.

Did not stay for breakfast, but heard family members say how GREAT it was. My room was terrific and loved the robe provided. Bed was comfortable as were the PILLOWS.

Didn't see much HANDICAPPED Parking close to the entrance.

Such a good spot if you want to be close to O’Hare but don’t want to deal with all the crazy there’s a huge long hiking trail in between buildings that’s very safe and fun if you want to be able to walk around in peace by nature, but also be right by your hotel and then drive a non-interstate road to O’Hare. This is the place for you plus the hotel awesome and has a great view

The room is clean and well maintained. The bedding is great for sleep.

1. Few Receptionist seems not well trained. 2. Smoking area is in front of the main entrance, but the seats are not well maintained, which spoils the environment.

I wasn’t told about the hot water needing 15min to get to my tap in the morning. I also didn’t like how we couldn’t use the shuttle from and to the airport because it wasn’t running.

I got charged for the room twice. I pre-paid for the room online, on booking.com, and upon checking out, they charged me on the credit card on file again. The receipt they handed me at check out indicated a $0.00 balance. I received an email from the hotel with a different receipt showing the room rate plus tax that was charged on the credit card I handed to them at check in. Called the hotel ahead of time to ask whether a room is available for early check in. Staff told me the room will be ready by 2:00 PM. Arrived on the agreed upon time and was told that there wasn't any room available.

The gentleman who helped us check in was extremely helpful and cordial. We arrived on a flight from out of town well before the usual check in time but were given our room just the same. This allowed us some time to decompress after our flight before we had to get ready for the special event we came to attend
