Die Lage der Autobahn ist bekannt und man hört sie auch ein wenig. Uns hat hat das aber nicht gestört, wir haben gut geschlafen.

The room smelled like PEE! The carpets smell so bad and there was blood stains in the shower. It was not clean.

I liked that the surroundings of the area were nice. The bed was very comfortable.

It had a funky smell and it was very humid. The room had flies that we had to kill. The A/C made our throats weird and we left coughing.

The parking spaces are not wide enough. There were cars that went over the line and that makes less parking spaces available. They took up 1 1/2 spaces.

Staff at desk helpful, room clean and tidy with good supply of towels. Also a great pool. All in all a good service here.

The room was simple and plain but everything was very clean and worked like it should. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Plenty of free parking. Many restaurant choices near by. Do not miss the La Paz Mexican Restaurant nearby. Excellent food and service. If in the area again, I would definitely stay here.

I liked the location.

In five days there was virtually no maid service. A maid came in twice, only to change towels in the bathroom and empty the garbage. I had to leave three bags of garbage outside of the room to clean up. Not once were the sheets changed. Twice I towelled off after a shower with a damp towel. When I complained to the office, they assured me that someone from housekeeping would come and clean. No one showed up.

I was beyond happy because this place exceeded my expectations for a no-frills motel. I had to book here last minute after a previous accommodation that I had booked site unseen wound up being unacceptable. Good Night Inn is exceptionally clean (which is hard to find when looking in this price range!), the beds and pillows are comfortable, the area feels safe (important for a solo female traveler like myself), and the property itself is well maintained. I also found it to be very quiet, no partiers or noise most of the time. If on bottom floor you can hear the people upstairs walking, so if you're sensitive to this book an upstairs room. There is no elevator here so I needed downstairs for my large rolling luggage. Be aware that as a no-frills budget accommodation, you won't get a microwave and there is no coffee maker. However, GNI provides free coffee every morning in the office, and it's good coffee (this is coming from a picky coffee drinker). Parking was ok but the spots are narrow here - so I discovered that parking in the back was safer for my vehicle. Be aware too that unlike a traditional motel, some rooms are located in the internal courtyard by the pool (which is a very pleasant area, it's where my room was), but it also means you can't park right next to your room. There's also free WIFI that was reliable at decent speeds. They have laundry facilities which came in handy, and a single microwave that guests can use if in a bind. Nearby are Albertson's, Starbucks, Jack in the Box, McDonalds, and Taco Bell (all walking distance). Locationwise if driving, you're not far from major shops/outlets & restaurants of San Fernando Valley (I drove frequently to the Canoga Park / Woodland Hills area), and the beach can be accessed by driving through the mountain pass. I am very happy I discovered this place! I will definitely be coming back.
