The location is awesome.

I'm very disappointed with everything else. Went to the front desk around 8pm to request additional pillows and was told by the security guard that it would have to be requested in advance and that there was no one working at night that could accommodate that. The request could be done the next day. We only stayed one night, so that wasn't an option. What hotel doesn't have staff after hours? None that I no of. Secondly, it is Florida and none of your ice machines work? I can understand one but not all of them. Thirdly the door to our room was jamming and I had to throw my body weight into the door to get it to open. Fourthly the bed was nothing more than a pile of uncomfortable springs that one was expected to sleep on. If you are not going to maintain your establishment, then at least sell it to someone who will. It's really a shame because the location it awesome. But that's the only good thing I can say. You sent Oh, I almost forgot, no coffee maker or drinking glasses. No ice bucket, but there was no ice, so that didn't matter. My wife would have liked to have seen a hairdryer.

Todas as toalhas (banho/rosto) tinham cabelos (muitos, não era pouca coisa). A pia do banheiro parecia uma pia de cozinha de inox. Precisamos comprar xícaras, talheres e secador de cabelo, pois não tinha disponível.

Difícil dizer algo bom sobre esse hotel. Acho que as únicas coisas boas que se pode dizer é que fica a 15 minutos da Disney, a 2 minutos do Wal-Mart e que é realmente barato.

Aqui a lista é grande. Vamos lá, para quem pensa em viajar com crianças eu recomendo ler aqui. Estava na lavanderia que fica ao lado da piscina, 2 policiais com armas na mão invadiram um quarto em frente a lavanderia para prender um morador do hotel. E numa noite, teve briga no andar de cima. Tive que colocar protetor no ouvido para poder dormir. E adivinhem só, de manha cedo estava a polícia invadindo o quarto que teve briga. A porta do quarto não abria, tinha que dar tranco com o corpo para a mesma destrancar. A porta do banheiro era maior que o batente, então tinha que fazer necessidades e tomar banho de porta aberta. E não adiantou reclamar disso na recepção. Não se deram ao trabalho de olhar os problemas do quarto. Um cheiro insuportável no quarto toda vez que voltavamos dos parques. Só fiquei porque já estava pago, mas foi o pior hotel que fiquei na minha vida. Se é que se pode chamar de hotel. Em 12 dias hospedados, presenciei a polícia invadindo 2 quartos... só por esse relato pode se imaginar o nível do local.

My room had double bed. They have a laundromat. they have pools if you're into that. they have decent TVs.

Spanish speaking staff doesn't know what you're telling them. I had pill cases that smell like the previous tenant and when I asked for them to be changed they told me go to the front desk. there is no front desk on regular days , they were just there for check-in times. The surroundings needed cleaning from garbage in the parking area. I never knew that if you don't use your air condition unit the so-called fake wood floors sweat really bad really really bad You could slip and fall and probably die.

The room is exactly like in the pictures BRAND NEW EVERYTHING, spacious, excellent appliances and clean, upon my arrival, same the pool 🥰 Location is PERFECT, going towards the west side across street WITH LOT OF CAUTION ⚠️ is a Cracker Barrel, Macaroni Gril, Krispy Cream Donuts, CVS pharmacy and an Aldi, tacos etc. At the same side of the hotel in the same area there is an Orange that looks it was vandalized in the back but still in fronts operate selling oranges, juices & souvenir. In front of that to there is hot dogs, taco? truck, a Waffle House but walking towards the east after another hotel Developer inn Fundamental, is the steak house Long Horn, then my favorite Asian cuisine SAKEVA, afordable fresh sushi, delicious soups; almost next door Papa Johns Pizza & Dunking Donnuts. In the west side there is a fleet market. With all sort of food trunks, and small set of stores with a Rock Church... Bust stop ✋️ is 1 block going west in both directions. 2 lines: 55 runs toward Orlando and back to kissimmee Intermodal downtown & 56 towards Disney University, with stop at Ticket Center, entrance to Disney World, with affordable cost of day pass of $4.50 unlimited use. So, location is great.

For starters not frond desk service after 5 or 6 pm, Security check me in, when I arrived at 7:pm Price doesn't justify a nice room, when the next side of whole building of my room is in remodelation, every day was awful noises by workers, dirty construction all over, very strong fresh painting smell all over; something has to be made in guest occupied rooms, holding mirrors & not water per 1day etc Going to the pool was a hazardous task to avoid step in a nail, wood, metal or construction debris in the aisles of all over the property. Dumpsters for construction all over; it looks like in kissimmee there is a lack of police security since lots of bussines looks vandalized with fired & it happened on middle of the day in the hotel; fire alarm went on, smoke was all over, guys were knocking door yelling 🔥 FIRED, we went all outside, firemen reported it was in one of the dumpsters 🙏🏼thanks GOD. The lack of front desk 24hr, allows to some guest to disrespect the property making scenes at 3 to 4am shouting yelling in the aisles, making frightening arguments between them & with others that souds they weren't guest, but so close to my room in the construction area in empty rooms where acoustic amplify their scandals; even I had a number from the manager at 3am, I try the 3rd night but the call didn't got throug. And not security to be seeing in the property to report the incident, one night I eard from the other side of the pool another guest asking them to shut off, because they have children; just nightmare. I intent to extend one day, because I was sleep deprived & exhausted, I called the manager at 7am but it wasn't very useful & I wasn't in condition to drive, so I find a way to go back home.

The staff ,we had to buy our own toilet paper,Towels,and we had to do our own maintenance when the staff is meant to do that. Ill never ever visit here again. the wifi was also horrible. staff members were also very rude. Plus the jacuzzi did not have hot water. 0/10.

Rooms were nicely remodeled . But when we tried to extend our stay and prepaid online they refused to transfer the deposit from our original booking and wanted another 100$ deposit to extend our stay
