I had a confirmation for a request. First floor was confirmed but not honored. Stayed on 2nd floor. No TV guide in room - none at front desk. Clerk not very helpful. Couldn’t check to see if credit card had been charged. 🥴

Air didn't work, shower didn't work, tub wouldn't drain. Just all around very bad stay. Wouldn't stay yhere again. Way over priced also.

Love your beds and pillows.

Feces soiled bath towels. Gross as hell. Staff was un- apologetic. Hallways and entry ways are always dirty.

The breakfast and location were good.

The room had a large red stain on the carpet next to the bed. The bedroom had the frame for a door but no door and the bathroom door didn't close all the way

The breakfast was about the only thing that was satisfactory with our stay.

The room looked nothing like the pictures when we booked the room. It was very outdated and unclean. The bathroom door latch was jammed and the window was covered in spider webs. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pool was very dirty and the water was very cloudy. The construction staff that was there was drinking on the premises in public areas and lighting off firecrackers in the parking lot. I was very unhappy with the entire stay!

the floor creaked and was sticky in our room. the fire door to the outside was broken and wouldn’t close so anyone could have walked in.

Breakfast was very tasty with many hot and cold options. Staff were very responsive to questions and needs.

TV remote was wearing out.

They took an extra 300 for "insurance" upon arrival and never refunded it. Claimed they did and never did. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you don't mind blowing away money.

dead bugs in the window sill and on the floor around the window. floor outside of bathroom was sticky, inside of lobby by front entrance was dirty for two days. when I checked in the young man at the desk didn’t seem too happy to be there. didn’t even tell us about the breakfast hours or where the elevators were.

The Filthy pool. Tampon papers in the pool. Filthy dining area. Out of coffee , waffle iron didn’t work. Employees doing drugs behind the dumpster.

The front desk man was very nice and calm when I was upset about our accommodations. His customer service was great. The hotel itself was not.

We had a king bed room with a kitchenette and pull out sofa. When we checked in then, walked into our room, it was warm in there. Come to find out, the AC was broken. The front desk man was nice and ended up FaceTiming with the maintenance guy. Still the AC didn't work. Then the maintenance guy came into our room and did something to get the AC to work. Across the hall in the laundry area was trash all over the floor and the elevator had random dirty rags on the floor. The mechanical room door was wide open as well. We were in town with another couple for a concert and when we booked, we requested rooms close to each other. We were on separate floors. In our shower, I put a wash cloth on the handle bar and it broke right off. I honestly laughed because why wouldn't it due to the condition of the hotel overall. For just one room that cost $250+ for one night, this was a huge disappointment.
