Nothing.

The property is out of date and dirty. I stayed on the first floor and the sheets were not clean, there was red stick substance on the carpet, marker on the walls, and red sticky substance on the ceiling. Additionally the bathroom has bugs in it that seemed to come back over and over. Also, the breakfast food items were old and did not taste right at all. I had a bowl of Cheerios and they were so old that I had one bite before having to throw the whole bowl in the trash. Same with the English muffins and sausage that were served.

The bed itself was comfortable but the pillows were not. The location of the hotel was fairly close to everything so even if you had to Uber it wasn’t bad.

Our room was damp… the pillows were awful. The floor was very sticky. And the shower didn’t drain well so you were standing in ankle deep water throughout the shower. And the a/c never got below 74 degrees.

It was neat and clean. Comfortable as well!

You lied to me and “the $100 for down payment” which was supposed to be returned to me “5 business days” after I checked out and it’s been almost a month!

The staff was great.

Breakfast was good just wish it start-it earlier. I was there for a volleyball tournament, so one of the days we didn’t get to eat breakfast because it was not ready. Breakfast should start at 6AM.

Breakfast was good Sunday. Saturday we had to leave before 7:00 and the breakfast didn't start until 7:00.

The toilet in the room needs to be stabilized to the ground. Not leaking or anything, just very wobbly when you sit on it.

Everything. Everyone involved in the staff of this property without question were the nicest people I've ever run across. Coming from Illinois I don't expect people to be so incredibly nice. :)
