Great breakfast

Located too far away from MSU. We paid a lot for transportation.

Breakfast was pretty good and that it was close to the highway for travel

They charged my account 600.00 more than my rate, when addressed they told me I have to contact my own bank and figure it out because there was nothing they could do. The room had ants in all areas. They were even in our bed. Bed was hard, rip in the carpet exposing the flooring below and fraying up, we had to block off the whole area so my son wouldn't crawl there and try to pull it. Pool was dingy and cold for being indoors. Some of the lamps did not work properly we had to unscrew light bulbs to turn them off and on.

Liked everything about the property. I think a mirror needs to be added outside of the bathroom so you can get ready while someone is in the shower

the property was very clean, the staff very friendly. we booked the accessible room and we’re very please. one of the few showers we’ve used where the water hasn’t leaked all over the floor! great value for your money!

Breakfast

Spacious and beautiful room. Large hot tub with 🔥 water. Not tepid..good and hot! The bar area is a nice design.

Unfortunately..my door key wouldn't work. I had them reprogram it 4 times before someone came up to the room!!! (No apologies offered?!) The magnetic reader on the door was malfunctioning! I was then afraid to leave the room, for fear of being locked out! I had wedding clients to meet and found this very frustrating and stressful. Thankfully the tub helped.

The breakfast buffet was great it is so nice to have that especially when having to go to meetings and not have to drive any to get breakfast.

The jacuzzi in the room made for a romantic night. And the pool was perfect. I've honestly not seen a pool like that where the center is the deepest.

The room was alright but very dark not much light

Rooms were to close to pool check in attendant was drunk amd tool 15 min to come inside was to busy smoking weed to come check us in breakfast was not worth what we paid

The attendant, Shay, really came through for us an turned a bad first experience into a satisfactory one by going above and beyond. The initial room we had was a bad experience as the heater kept making a horrible clanking noise and we couldn't sleep. In addition, the noise in the next room was x-rated. At midnight we requested a different room. The night attendant (Did not get her name) was very apologetic and did get us a room but it was not the same type. By the time we got things transferred and to sleep it was 1:30. We did not sleep well but the next morning we requested to get a different room, the same type we had originally. Shay was so good and accommodating and we did get moved that afternoon and the rest of the stay was great. Both attendants need to be given credit for a job well done.

we checked out and got a receipt for our room. checking on line tonight they added an additional 50.00 as a separate bill which was not on out receipt. I didn’t like that at all. we barely used anything at the hotel.
