ALOT- Let me preface this that I have NEVER complained about a hotel. I don’t have high expectations as usually it’s just a place to lay our heads and usually have great luck with country inn and suites. The hotel was run down, never anyone at front desk. Our room was dirty, pull out couch had stains all over and the mattress itself was TERRIBLY thin. The bathtub was badly stained (the whole bottom of it) and dirty! No blankets on the beds and the sheet on one bed had a stain that was 2 feet by 2 feet…GROSSSS!!!!

Dirty floors, pool water was cold, door to the pool would get hooked on rug and remain open. Opened elevator door laundry shoot door was left open. The breakfast food was terrible. They ran out of some foods and nothing to replace it they mopped the floors as ppl were trying to check out and finish breakfast made it very slippery

We had a suite so roomy and private. Breakfast was good.

We had a suite, lots of cupboards and counters and a full size fridge however it was very uncomfortable because there was no table and chairs, if you chose to have snacks or eat the only spot to sit was a 2 seater couch , there was 5 of us. Alot of wasted space having such a large prep area. a small table and chairs would have been better, also we had to request housekeeping, ask for towels and garbage bags. the chlorine was so strong the kids couldn't swim, you couldn't see the bottom of the pool.
