Key cards are so hit or miss. I feel like the success rate for key cards is around 60%. The odds of you having to get new key cards is like 40%.

They gave us a dirty room. We took pictures & went back to the desk they gave us a different room. The second room had dirty blankets - lip stick or something red on them. They only clean the room or replenish 1 time every three days. We stayed at 4 different places this past week & this was the only place that still had this in place. The desk clerk had an attitude.

The continental breakfast could be a bit better at least the hot portion ie: eggs and sausage

We Did not have time to eat but did get coffee and checked out the breakfast items offered. Make it yourself waffles, eggs and sausage. and other typical items.

our room had torn sheer curtain and the sink area electrical outlet did not work therefore the wall mount hair dryer also not available. {Fortunately, I brought my own hairdryer} The clock/alarm also was not working.
