Room was never cleaned once during my stay. Room smell funky, musty. Bed was soft and lumpy. AC didn’t work properly

The room was clean. Sleep was good, breakfast was good. staff were great.

The elevator was dirty. Soda machine did not work. The room keys would keep on unprogramming.

Dee at the front desk was extremely helpful and should be promoted to property manager. She assisted me with my frustrations efficiently and effectively. Dee is a true customer service expert, and even started tearing up when I told her about my experience with my dirty room. Dee is a true customer service expert.

After checking into my hotel room, we proceeded to the room and were there not even 10 minutes. We immediately noticed a “musty” stench in the room, a dirty shower floor (black soot on it), and even found a bed bug on one of the pillows in my room. The property manager didn’t answer her phone in order to remedy the problem for me. The property originally denied my refund request of over $1,000 and forced me to go through an entire three day long back and forth to finally get a refund. mean while I had to spend over $1,000 to stay at another hotel. Dee, the receptionist at the time was extremely caring and helpful. However, despite calling the hotel, the actual property manager never returned my phone calls either.

beautiful hotel, definitely a dated hotel, extremely small rooms, but it was nice, I wold stay here again

bed was extremely worn, it bowed in the middle, we did not receive any housekeeping while we were there and couldn’t get fresh towels.. for right at $300 per night it very few amenities than I anticipated.

The place was run down but the staff did their best to keep it clean, the owner doesn’t care about the plc at all n pool was dirty n not heated very dirty

The room was tiny and there was bad customer service. The room above us was smoking cannabis and I had to report them. Also there were a lot of drug addicts all around the building. One lady was so high she fell on her face outside. The pool area was tiny and I had to request for maitence to clean it before we could use it. There were not enough towels in the room. It was just a poor experience for almost $200 a night.

Breakfast wasn’t great unless you’re a waffle fan. No fruit,eggs,bagels or toast. 2 choices of yogurt. No spoons available to eat it with

The lights were very dim and one wasn’t working
