The bathroom door is not working

It's second time we stay there. The first time we loved. Very clean, wonderful breakfast, excellent staff, good location.

This time I think it wasn't so clean, the bed sheets didn't smell good, like it wasn't washed. The bedroom didn't seemed clean and smelling good like at my first time there.

Loved that it was within 30 minutes of several different beaches. Also there was plenty to do close by as well as shop and/or eat out. Very good location, I also liked the room itself with a little kitchen and my kids loved the mirrors for their "pictures." The pool was nice, the hot tub was hot, the grilling area was extremely nice and added bonus a little putt putt hole that the kids used to practice before we went to play a actual putt putt game. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Front desk could not find our reservation in spite of being shown the confirmation received from the hotel. Process took getting on the phone to sort the issue, checking took about 40 minutes in spite of us being the only ones there at the time. Front desk indicated breakfast was served until 10am, we went down at 9:40am and breakfast was done at 9:30am.

Breakfast was poor. But did not expect much anyway

Continental Breakfast was surprisingly good. Room was clean with a lot of space for 2 people.

Dead bolt lock on the entrance door didn't lock, out of alignment. The bathroom door lock didn't lock due to it being out of alignment.

Everything was great. Breakfast was excellent, and coffee delicious. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Facility was in good, clean shape.

A couple of small things: Info about surrounding restaurants (I ended up using Uber eats but saw later that there was a Walgreens or something within walking distance - I didn't have a car/I used Uber). The hot water in the shower was non-existent. Luke warm at best. Bed was comfy and place was clean, but there was an overpowering smell of febreze or something. Overall good.

The room was nice, the air conditioning had an issue but they fixed it. The location was good for what we needed. We used the grill by the pool for dinner It was a nice accommodation..

The breakfast was ok. It wasn't the Greatest. They kept running out of plates and bowls and the lady in the kitchen was not the friendliest. The other hotel staff were great.

Loved the entire facility, hot tub, pool, room, breakfast, staff. Was really nice.

Lots. ($$ too much for value for a single, non-business traveler who did not need a suite. But that is on me - I asked my niece for a rec re: lodgings near family and she is still working. More generally: (2) outdoor swimming pool has very restrictive hours. Like 8:30 am/later - not sure - I finally got to enter the outdoor pool area at 9 am the day I departed. Pool also locked down by the time I returned (but, in January, the dark had fallen by 7 pm). Point is: it was LIGHT outside by 7 am, 8 am and I still could not get access to the pool. VERY disappointing for me, who was dealing with family and dementia issues and wanted some release. (3) drab aesthetics. (4). Super slow internet for those of us who chose not to pony up an additional per/day fee for better access. I can’t speak for the 9 - 6 pm internet speed access but at 7 a.m. or 7 p.m. … I would put in an internet ask and then go do a chore, come back and maybe have the page loaded. Often not. AARGH. But, in all honesty, I was never at the hotel during the actual “day.” Just the early mornings to late morning (9 am) and the mid-late evenings (like 7 pm)

We were in an accessible room, and it had a large refrigerator and some parts of a kitchenette.

Property is a bit dated. Kitchenette lacked any oven, and floor had some odd soft spots. Guy next door was very loud, but not at bedtime.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds. Full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave and dishes with a couple pots & pans. Discount for relatives visiting patients at Sarasota Memorial

Would have liked comfortable chair for my 7 night stay while spending days with hospitalized patient.

The property was centrally located to many attractions and main highways. It was clean and the staff was very helpful
