Staff at desk was nice and location was great.
Rooms were dirty, elevator didn’t work, blood on carpet and saw roaches in my room.

Front desk people were hard to find and rarely at the front desk.

Smelled moldy, pull out sofa did not have mattress, staff unhelpful, room felt damp. Furnishings out of date.

Nous avions réservé pour trois personnes et le lit pour la troisième personne était un lit pliable complètement usé. Au prix demandé ça n’avait aucun sens. Finalement ils nous ont apporté un lit de camp pliable. Le système de ventilation air conditionné était bruyant impossible de dormir avec un tel bruit.

The room wasn't clean ,the sink was clogged and dirty, and the sofa bed didn't have bed sheets

Hotel condition was bad, showing leaks everywhere, broken baseboards, broken walls inside bathroom, sheets not clean

The breakfast was ok coffee was good. The price is why I chose it.
The place wasn’t very pleasant. I wouldn’t stay at this location again. Had to change rooms upon check in due to floor in guest room was soaking wet. Very musty.

Bettwr staff. One set a fire alarm off and ran away to hide..another housekeeper took person items out my room and received them back

Bed was comfy! Breakfast was organized could of used more seats. Room was good but had trouble with TV connection.

The only thing I can say that I like it was the breakfast.

was so cold (didn’t have hot water), uncomfortable beds and too small
for 2 people.

The rooms smell so bad, the air conditioner was dirty and smell so bad too, the rooms keys was not working and I needed ask in the front desk to open the door all time. I tried use the laundry, the machine took the money but never worked, the furniture was dirty, broken it’s garbage, so so bad experience

The bed was very uncomfortable, the tub was filthy and there was so much dust. It was horrible. Was told there wasn’t any other rooms to switch to.

key card kept not working to get into the door had to go down multiple times to get a new one.

I liked the lobby and the stiff was awesome.
I didn't like the fact you can hear the other guests whenever you are in the hallway.

I’m good location close to downtown Sarasota
Bed was not clean I found hair from another guest on my bed also stains in carpet need deep cleaning shower courtains are old and dont prevent the water from splashing on the bathroom floor

Did not even have the opportunity to check in. I arrived far to early for check in and was told I could not sit in the guest lobby or remain on the property or the police would be called.
Everything. Having to leave the property and find new arrangements, I could not even get a refund. Do not stay at this property. Rude staff and extremely unhelpful.

It was dirty, it smells when you first walk in,I killed 3 Rouches in my room, stains on the headboard , stains on the lamp shades,water in the tub takes long to drain,they clean my room and left the door open.. there was so much more

First given a room that wasn’t cleaned. New room faced noisy street. Hotel is old not updated… bath fan noisy, switch to bathroom way inside the room behind the door … no USB ports
