We were in the middle if getting ready for a engagement party and my 2 year old daughter found some kind of vape under the bed. It had a qr bar ode on it. When I scanned it it showed it was a thc vape. It was drugs left in my room that was supposed to have been cleaned and my 2 year old daughter found it. Luckily she did not put it in her mouth and we caught it in time but it was still extremely upsetting.

The staff was very nice. The lobby was beautiful and the room was a good size

The rooms seemed to be half updated and the air circulation was poor. The walls had very dirty spots. The shower/tub was not very clean, the shower head didn’t work, and the tub wasn’t draining.

Toilet seat was too low, and also there should be more variety in breakfast items

Breakfast was good. Another to choose from too.

The morning staff ( one of them) very rude and talks to you like she owns the place. Asking for towels was a challenge.

Pool was closed which was rough for my kids, bedding/mattress were average-uncomfortable.

This was transit - unfortunately we could not spend the night as our flight got delayed by more than 8 hours but the person at the front desk was very helpful and supportive.

While this is not a reasonable request -- we got delayed by more than 8 hours due to weather related flight delays. We only stayed at the hotel for 3 hours t- grab a shower and then be on our way. It would nice courtesy on the part of the hotel to either provide some form of financial relief or at least equivalent points.

Location was great for our activities in the area. Breakfast & the pool. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Minor things - It is a bit dated. Upon our arrival, our room was out of body wash, low on tissue & tp, but housekeeping staff were helpful in making it right.

We loved the heated pool. The breakfast was great and coffee was the best.

No place to dry and warm up after getting out of pool.
