Please switch away from single use products in the bathroom and don't supply single use plastic water bottles. Mugs for coffee instead of paper would be great

Loud noise from the bathroom fan. Elevator not working during entire stay.

Location was great, but the facility is old and in need of renovation (especially for walk paths with only stair access)

Rooms were small as was the bathroom. The furniture was old, and the air circulation left a bit to desire.

We had a great view of the beach and it was very close to food places so we didn’t have to drive unless we wanted to.

I wish the bathroom was updated and the parking lot is tiny.

Very quaint and comfy. Beach front was a plus. Within walking distance from everything. We will definitely reserve rooms here in the future. Next time we will get a room with a balcony!! Looking forward to it.

Bathroom sink drain was a bit smelly.

the room wasn't ready at check in. poor communication from the desk host about status of the room. the room received was right next to the laundry room and was very noisy all night.

I liked that I was able to use the downstairs eating area (late at night) for lessons over the Internet.

The location was great! Everything was so clean. The bed was very comfortable. the staff was very accommodating and even lent us a pack n play for our 8 month old daughter. very accommodating.

The continental breakfast was perfect….we appreciated the hard boiled eggs the first morning. The second morning, there was potato salad instead of hard boiled eggs….that was odd and we definitely preferred the hard boiled eggs they had on the first morning. The fresh fruit and deli meats/ cheese slices were great.

The only thing that could have been improved upon was more frequent checks of the complimentary hot water for the tea and hot chocolate. It was lukewarm every time I went to use it, and wasn’t hot enough to steep the tea on the rainy days when we needed it! Other than that, no complaints at all! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you to Chris at the front desk for being so warm and welcoming and helping us with recommendations!! Thank you to Barbara at the front desk, as well, for being kind and helpful holding our luggage after checkout until we were ready to leave Santa Barbara that evening.
