Our family loved the pool and the hot tub. Personally I loved the small gym. It was very clean, air conditioned. Our room was clean and comfortable and had the basics of what we needed for our stay. Breakfast options were great. Staff were exceptionally friendly.
We stayed for two nights and I was under the impression that on the second day we would receive basic housekeeping service, where trash would be collected, the coffee amenities would be re-stocked, and our towels would be replaced. This was probably written somewhere that this was not the case (maybe a green policy?), I just assumed it was based on other hotel stays. It also would have been nice to have an extra roll of toilet paper or an extra towel - but I’m sure the front desk staff would have provided had we asked.

Pool area was great, breakfast was very good also. Bed was comfortable and ample amount of pillows.
The fan, heater, cooler was overly loud and didn't control well. Housekeeping picked up my bathing suit in error but that was not a biggie.

Good location and close to Olive Garden restaurant and shopping mall. Enjoyed the pool and good breakfast! Good value for price paid for the room .

Ir was an easy check-in. I had asked if it would be possible to have my friend’s and my room to be close. They were next door to each other. The bed was wonderfully comfortable.
The AC/fan/heat was very noisy.

Tastefully, fully remodeled, spacious, and light room and bathroom. My room was surrounded with trees. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. I felt very good there. It was close to a great French coffee house La Marche, close to several parks and best hiking trails in the area, like the Lookover, Red Rock park etc, and Shelburne farmer’s market.
The elevator could had been vacuumed more often.

Breakfast was not great and it is VERY expensive. For the 2nd night we went down the road 5 miles and got a room at the Marriot for half the price.

the pancakes were great. staff friendly. I liked that the cleaning staff checked each day to see if we needed anything. i haven’t had that happen since Covid. maple coffee delicious too.

Extremely clean, breakfast is very robust with lots of options. Appreciated the Dove products in the bathroom: hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner all in eco-friendly dispensers. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in room. Staff are not just pleasant but wonderfully responsive. Next time we are in the Burlington area, this is where we will stay. Hot tub was magnificently hot and clean. Did not partake in the pool but looked to be in pristine condition.
If I have any criticism, it would be the towels by the pool/hot tub should be larger.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were standard with nice modern touches.The complimentary best was great. Lots of variety from pancakes to sausage and gravy, and omelette! The pool is also nice when it’s not crowded with folks. Best time to go is the middle of the day.
The heat/AC unit is very loud though. I’m a light sleeper so this kept me up through the night. I was assigned to a room on the ground level which I didn’t totally love because the window faced the parking lot.

Kitchen staff not even having hair pulled back, no gloves handling food. coffee maker in room didn’t work. Outlets by bed not working. pool area not clean/no towels. No coffee ready at breakfast, had to wait 20 minutes for coffee. no towels in gym. condom wrappers all over sidewalk and parking lot. staff smoking outside of exits. broken glass and trash all over parking lot and sidewalks.

Clean, pet friendly, good breakfast, staff friendly and helpful except checkin guy.
Checkin could have been less abrupt and uncaring. Room was excellent but could have used a small table and 2 chairs. Better for 2 people

the window didn’t close all the way and staff at the front desk was made aware but didn’t offer another room or even a sorry!
