Free waffles for breakfast.
The property is very rundown. The bathroom had holes where the baseboard was coming off. The tub enamel was peeling. The floor of the room was sagging when you stepped in places and was not level. This property needs serious updating.

Location was close by and the price was reasonable plus the breakfast was included and it was quite good!
Also and the best part, April at reception was awesome and very accommodating! The first room we got was not to our liking and she changed our room to one with a balcony and much airy than the last room!

The toilet clogged and went to the front desk to get a plunger. Front desk girl didn't know where there was one. We didn't get the toilet unclogged until later the following day.

Pool was nice
grounds were dumpy…. Whoever was staying upstairs from us both nights were very loud. Ran water on and off all night and all we could hear were people running and jumping all night. We barely slept

The breakfast was good.
I woke up at 2:30am because something was biting me. Found a round black bug. Was given a different room. Was told it wasn't bed bugs. Figured they would compensate me something. But no I was told I had to file an insurance claim. Got little to no sleep.

The location was great
The hotel staff was awful the cleaning people stole stuff out of the room my friends had to call the police to generate a police report because people robbed their stuff while they had gone to work for the first day of jobs that they obtained the same day they got here to try to find housing because they have no place to live. I helped by renting this room and in turn the cleaning people went in on a do not disturb sign and stole things out of their room I will never ever ever rent from here again and I will never ever ask anybody to rent from you again

Even though we couldn't get a refund, I couldn't bare to have my family stay in such a dump. We left.
The place just felt old and gross. The carpets were gross, the bathroom was gross, the tub had paint peeling off of it, the floor had a big soft spot that felt like it could fall through any second. It was bad...

Tim in maintenance went far above and beyond expectations to get shelf for mini-fridge. He smiled and maintained eye contact and was very professional.
Front desk wasn't personable, friendly. She clearly didn't like her job and it clearly came across that she didn't want to be there. Told me she was from Midwest.

the property is in the process of being renovated. Bed was incredibly comfortable, room was spacious, and balcony was a very nice addition.
We returned to the property rather late at night (we caught a show). Parking that would have been near our room was not available, and I would have felt better having my car closer.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was fresh.
The room was rundown, bathroom not that clean. Bathroom door handle was broken. Bathroom door was dirty, had what look like boogers wiped in it in several places near the handle. Didn’t receive fresh towels or room made up when out for the day. The floor in the room slanted. The balcony door and screen were broken. The wall paper was peeling. The building itself was rundown, and in need of maintenance. The pool and spa was not working properly. I paired a premium price for this room, and deserved better for the cost.

The fast internset, chill staff, comfortable beds, and breakfast.
The drainage in the shower was poor. Significant amount of water would fill up while showering since the amount of water that gets drained is smaller than the amount of water that comes out of the stall.
Additionally, there is basically nothing that you can eat outside of the hotel since it's in a suburban area. The breakfast is an immense saving grace.
