Power went out the 1st night, had to vacate the room and pay for another one. Still haven’t received a refund due to booking.com. I’ll NEVER use this service again

The room size was amazing. A small little apartment with the perks of a hotel. The staff were all very nice (shout out to ricca). The breakfast was hot (loved the servers too). The Wednesday dinner was a nice treat. Pool was big enough for kids to enjoy. Easy location. Also, for being a pet friendly hotel, it did not smell. This will be the only place we stay at when visiting Shreveport.

My sink stopper was stuck downward, but a quick call to the front desk, it was fixed within the hour.

the front desk agents and staff were fantastic, as well as the cleaning staff who always spoke iand asked about how I was doing and if my stay was enjoyable. It has been a long time since I've seen great customer service like I received.

everything was fantastic and hate that I am just learning of this excellent hotel near my mother-in-law.

First night I had no A/C. I also booked a suit at a Homewood Hilton in Shreveport. But at this hotel, I paid the same expensive price for a regular room.

Although I could not book a room at your hotel because I was told to at you were booked; I was able to book a room there at booking.com.

My room was on the front of the hotel which is nearer to the interstate. Traffic woke me up a few times a night. I would pick a different room next time so I can sleep better.

leased a suite with 2 bedrooms and kitchen solely to be able to quickly cook simple meals for 2 days. Disappointed in items supplied and not supplied in kitchen. silverware, dish ware inadequate. made reservations for 3 yet there were only 2 supplied. no knife, no spatula or pancake turner. only I small microwave bowl provided. coffee maker did not work properly. it would not brew 1 cup on a 1 cup setting, it brewed 2 cups and they overflowed the ceramic cups provided in the kitchen. creating a flood of coffee on countertop. Dining table unsteady, and giggled constantly if sitting at it doing anything and only 2 chairs provided for a table of 3. ceiling fan light fixture had to be taken down as it was not bolted on tightly and made a constant rattle. Could not adjust thermostat in room. son became ill and feverish and I could not adjust temperature in the suite. Also, at 8:00 am a landscaper was using a chainsaw to trim palm trees and it was very loud and annoying at that time of morning. disrupted sleep. hotel should have chosen a better time to employ a landscaper. I would not choose this particular hotel again as it does not provide enough essentials in a kitchen to make simple meals, cannot adjust thermostat. not adequate seating at dining table. Beds are also very hard. I had sent a text in response to a welcome text asking if I needed anything. I asked for additional pillows in each room and extra coffee and condiments. I did not receive a response or the items. Thank you.

The bathroom, in our room, was not clean. I didn’t call to mention it bc we only stayed one night.

The suit was very spacious with full size refrigerator, sink, and cook top. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable! The breakfast was also very good.

The bed made a noise every time you moved. It seemed a bit unstable. It didn't bother us too much, we slept well as the bed was very comfortable.
