The service from the employees was outstanding. They went above and beyond to help and answer any questions that we had.
It's not that we didn't like anything, but the facility needs to be up front about the age and upgrades that they have made. Everything was comfortable and clean, the facility just had a little age on it.

The room was clean and stocked. Staff was friendly.
We were not informed on breakfast or amenities.

The Breakfast was actually very good. There was a variety of items to choose from. The link sausage was exceptionally good.
There was mold on the back of the tub/shower of the first room. We moved to another room that was better.
Our TV remote did not operate the TV. The staff showed us how to turn the TV on manually and the stations had to be moved manually as well.

Staff was very nice.
Very out dated, it smelled musty and our room had a bad smell. The toilet seat was all tore up and scratched. You couldn't view a menu on TV you just had to flip channels. Paid way too much for a very out dated room.

Clean, the beds were comfortable, and they offered breakfast.
It was noisy, even though I couldn't put the blame on the hotel, people were yelling and playing music late at night.

The breakfast was really good!! The coffee was way better than expected!!! In the room the air was nice and cold, the amenities were pretty good too.
I didn't like the fact they charged the wrong card, the bathtub looked like it still had mildew/mold, the rolling chair wheels were falling off when we would sit in it. Also, the pictures on the website portrayed the room to have a living/sitting room and bedroom! The indoor pool was so cold we couldn't even get in it which was the whole reason I booked this hotel.

The location was great because we used I-20 and the sitting area in the room was great. The room itself was pretty.
The sheets had stains on them and the bath tub had hair around it. I expected better cleanliness than this judging from how well the room looked.

Price and amenities
The young lady at the front desk was rude as hell. Did not acknowledge that I was there. She continued her personal conversation on her cell before offering assistance. Instead of telling me where the rooms located, she just pointed towards the hallway.

Very nice outside and convenient location
I was given someone else’s room on check-in but staff corrected the problem after asking was I sure, which another staff member stated it showed occupied on her side. The room we received had stains on the couch and no exhaust in bathroom. This hotel has the potential to be a very nice place with renovations.
