Comfortable room plenty of parking. Close to airport.
Breakfast was a big disappointment. Apple juice served HOT. Had to ask staff to replenish OJ in the machine. No eggs available other than hard boiled. Was told they had no eggs to cook. Airport near hotel when checking in I asked the desk clerk the best route to drive to the airport. I arrived from a location other than the airport. Said she was not good with directions and to ask someone else. Really? I used google. Answer: Leave parking lot, turn right. First light turn left. Follow signs to airport.

The bed and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. And the curtains didn't block a lot of the morning sunlight.

They were rude at the front desk when I went to check in and acted like I was making up a confirmation number . they barely checked my booking.com info

staff were bad charged me $45 without telling me claiming my kids ripped a pillow cover zip, the manager said he will investigate and get back to me and never called back, i also had 2 missing ice caps from my room, room is nice, pillows are not good

Breakfast was nice. Mattress was very comfortable--probably the most comfortable of any hotel I have stayed in.
A charge for Parking which was not communicated upon booking or upon check in. Total charge for room was more than the quoted price. Charges to my debit card were in excess of the receipt provided at check out by approximately $300.
Cleaning of room only done every other day which was not communicated upon booking or upon check in. This in itself was problematic due to overflowing waste baskets and inadequate towels and linens. I would expect more from a Marriott facility.

The location was amazing, it was a 15min drive to Garden of the gods and like 30min to Pikes peak. The hotel is also close to restaurants.
The staff were every kind and accommodating. The gym facility was great! Overall I loved our stay here.
The breakfast selection could be slightly better.

Breakfast was great. I am a celiac and there isn't a lot to offer for me. But everyone else had a great breakfast. I missed room service everyday. But understand covid prohibits this. Staff was great.

Very traditional hotel, easy to stay and relax during a long travel. Absolutely no worries.

The front desk was polite. They told me they would waive dog fee. Then didn't and saw charge on credit card next day.
Over charged our credit card. Charged 209.50, 174 and 162.30 for a 2 night stay. They charged 163 for a pet fee. That was never communicated until we arrived. We had spoken prior and that was not told to us.
Pool is tiny.
Weight room is a closet. Only a treadmill and a bike.
I would not recommend this place.
