The breakfast was up to the usual Hampton Inn standards, and the lobby was nice.

When I arrived at the property, they couldn't offer any key cards, so I had to wait about 25 minutes to access our room, and I was very pressed for time. In fact, even after we returned at about 10:30pm there were still no key cards available, but thankfully I could keep our door from locking so I wouldn't have to wait for the front desk to get us into the room. It was a major inconvenience. There was a sizable stain on our carpet, the AC didn't work all that well, and there was no fan in the bathroom. Even when we went outside, my spouse noticed that the flags were very worn and shredded. The property was clearly converted to a Hampton Inn from a previous hotel, but from what we experienced, the conversion was done poorly. Thankfully this is the first and only negative experience we've had with a Hampton Inn, so we will just do a better job at vetting them going forward.

The refrigerator did not work. The toilet and tub/shower were stained. Housekeeping knocked on my door twice well before check-out time and I was also called twice. When checking out, management tried to make me pay for a room that I had already prepaid and had a confirmation number for and proof of payment. After going back and forth for about 20 minutes, I was able to leave bc management eventually was able to find in the system where a pre payment was made. Instead of leaving this hotel happy and refreshed, I left angry and exhausted. Will not be booking with the hotel ever again.

The breakfast was amazingly good. The room was very small. I have never seen such a small room at the Hampton. They did not tell us we had to request housekeeping so we came back to white unmade bed that night
