Breakfast was good, lots of choice.

Generally the facility is aging and maintenance seems poor. The pool had strong chlorine smell. The hot tub was especially strong, I had red eyes into the following day. Not quite up to the Hampton Inn standard I expected.

Room was very clean...plenty of towels for our family of 5. Large room accommodated the roll away bed very well. Breakfast was very good. Kids enjoyed the cookies at the desk.

The only complaint was the hot tub wasn't hot on Saturday. This morning (Sunday) it was closed for maintenance.

Powdered eggs are disgusting 😑

The location was convenient to many restaurants, this is nice after a long day of traveling.

Nice, clean hotel.

I request originally a 3pm check in time and the answer was yes. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:15pm I was told that the room was not ready and the hotel check in time was 4pm. I showed the front desk my confirmation from them that it was ok to check in at 3pm but the front desk clerk said that don’t matter. What is good is it to have a guaranteed check-in time if the hotel does not acknowledge it? I was told that it was Booking.com fault. I feel that I should be compensated for the room not being ready upon my arrival.

The hot tub is awesome! It's really the only reason that we stayed there. If the price was more reasonable for families of the local college s I would have stayed longer.

We stayed two days at another local hotel and paid half as much as I did for two days at the Hampton. I wish it was more reasonable. If so we would stay at the Hampton every visit just for the hot tub.

Location was convenient for me. Easy on/off interstate.

Breakfasts were average. I chose to bring my own instead.

We drove back from Canada and stayed over night in Lima on our way back to Chicago.

I was very impressed with the staff who helped me on the phone and then she was at the front desk when we checked in the next day. She was very professional and really knows how to take care of customers!
