This is the hotel we stay at regularly when we travel to Lima. We have always booked it through Hotels.com and never had an issue. The normal “incidentals fee” is $20 per night. This time, however, I was greeted with a $250 fee for one night because “Expedia customers keep damaging our rooms.” I was told the only way to avoid this is to book on Marriott’s website which costs more per night. Because of this, we will not be staying there again on our trip in January.

If you’re looking for a nice place to stay in Lima, this property fills the bill nicely. Not only was the room clean, quiet, and comfortable, but the atrium was pleasant and a nice setting for meeting with friends from the area. Highly recommended.

The bathroom was dirty. Hair on the floor. Mysterious substance on the hand towel. The soap was used as was the lotion…half of it was gone and it had ink all over the bottle. We could also hear everything going on in the hotel, very noisy

Well I did have to fix the toilet seat that was loose but the rooms were excellent and Tim at the front desk was so polite and professional but all that we had transactions with were wonderful!! Great place to stay!!

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a bit of trouble getting an Ethernet cable out from the gizzy on the wall, but that may have been a cable issue.
Desk staff was very helpful in disposing of some problem cargo. (no, not a dead body).
Looking at the printed receipt after arriving home, I am wondering why the address under my name is in Washington State-- I live in Columbus OHIO. Should I contact my credit card company?

There was food in the floor in our room that had not been cleaned up since the previous stay (or possibly before that). Check-in was a whole situation as they kept saying something was wrong with my reservation from using a third party to book it. I could tell the hotel manager was aggravated and whether he was trying to or not, it still felt directed at me. He finally gave up and just gave us the room key. The whole experience just wasn’t the best.

Really nice property, the only thing l thought was not good was it took 5 minutes to get any service as there was no one at the desk to service us. After that wait a gentleman comes around corner to check us in.?? Any other hotel l have stayed at there is always a person to greet and check you in.

This site is always a solid selection. There are a lot of benefits in the immdiate area (Stores, Restaurants). It has easy access to I-75. Due to the holiday the onsite restaurant wasn't available, but that was ok.

The hotel and room were very good. The breakfast was not very good, and thus overpriced.
My check in experience was a bit odd. She was nice, but didn’t really explain the amenities or services available. I had to ask as I’d never stayed there before.

The bathroom had hairballs in it, some unknown reddish orange substance on the walls. The mirror in the room had some stream of substance down it and was dirty. I try not to complain but this was gross

Lady who checked us in had no clue how to find our reservation…this was annoying! She wasted so much of our time! She finally figured it out, didn’t apologize, gave us 2 keys that didn’t work had to go back to her! Just terrible!!! The Property is very well maintain!

The hotel was clean. I did not realize they charge you to park in their outside parking lot. $3.87 tax per day. You did not get free anything at this hotel. We could have stayed at a nicer place where parking is free, and you get a free breakfast. Hotel staff running around the hotel in their bikinis at night.
