Clean rooms.. comfortable beds and pillows nice linen..nice breakfast area and everything we needed to eat

Check in was made to feel stupid, booked thru booking, for 2 rooms for family. Booked I. My name had confirmation in my name. Added my son's name later as a guest in second room. The lady at check in was rude, kept telling me I needed another confirmation number. Which I had, then I thought about asking to look for my sons name sure enough, you had the reservation.... I was very upset, then our TV did not work, no hair dryer the next morning, the bath tub paint was horrible, peeling off. The hole hotel needs upgraded, subpar. Pictures of hotel does not match what you get. Will not stay again.

The rooms were very clean and updated. We had 2 rooms and they were happy to make sure our rooms were next to each other. We had 2 basic double queen rooms but they were perfect. We were there to do a campus visit for UNOH. If my son chooses to go there, I guarantee this is where we will stay when we visit. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. The lobby was pleasant,comfortable and updated. It was conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and stores.

When we first pulled up, I wasn't sure about what it was going to be like inside. The exterior of the building could use some updating same with the parking lot. We were pleasantly surprised with inside and had a nice stay. They had free breakfast, which was awesome they provided that, but the eggs had a weird taste and texture, and the bacon was thin and limp. Overall, though, that's not really a complaint. Could just have been an off day or maybe just not my taste.

Location

Stayed for five nights and the pool was not working the whole stay. This is part of the reason I booked this hotel. Also the refrigerator did not work, therefore I couldn't save any food. Very disappointed. We will never stay there again. Would not recommend this hotel. Also the Breakfast was mediocre..Staff didn't seem to care about working. Should get a discount for this.

I liked how close it was to the event we were going to, staff was very friendly, pool was nice.

The pool and it was comfortable. The staff was great.

The key cards didn't want to work.

The beds were nice and comfortable. The room was good and clean.

The food wasn't good and the noise from outside around the area was really loud so we kept getting woke up to that.

The pool was so cold( even though the room it’s in was warm) we didn’t ever really get to enjoy it. The toilet in our room had a leak causing us to have to use our towels to keep from getting our feet wet when using the restroom. The cable/internet/tv would not work both nights we were here. The staff got the tv to work both nights but when it went off on its own both nights the tv wouldn’t come back on again making sleeping difficult unfortunately.

Very Clean and we chatted with the front desk guy was super nice and down to earth!

That we missed breakfast haha
