The first room was so dirty and the toilet was absolutely filthy. The carpets are so dirty you want to wear shoes the entire time. I got another room. The room was cleaner however the carpets were still nasty.

For the price we expected a cleaner room. The carpets were so grimy that we wore out shoes every time we walked around. Dirt finger prints on the bathroom wall, bits of paper and such unswept in the corner of the bathroom, smelled like smoke. No extra towels, blankets or pillows.

The staff tried but were so very understaffed it was difficult for them. Definitely an issue with housekeeping as the room was far from clean, smelled like dog, and the carpet was so stained and dirty you certainly did not want to walk barefoot in the room. Again, the staff who was working tried but really needed help keeping up with things.

My stay was good all except the Idiots that think they can smoke Weed anytime and anywhere - they have No Respect for Anyone that’s Allergic to it!

Been here a week and housekeeping has cleaned the room twice. The card doesn’t open the door but the door is unlocked anyways.

No idea how this hotel was rated over 8. Carpet is stained and nasty, rooms aren’t clean, common areas aren’t clean either. Will look for other options for sure.

Well front desk person wasnt the greatest. Room was so so for the price. Beds weren't all that comfortable. Not sure what has happened to Country Inns. Use to be one of our favorites not not much better than a super 8 or Days Inn

The room we got looks nothing like the images shown on Expedia. The carpet is absolutely filthy dirty, stained and sticky. The couch has a huge tear in it and the pieces of the sectional are not attached or even close together. I would not let someone stay here in its current condition, let alone charge money for it. I have no clue how this hotel has an 8 out of 10 rating, and feel very misled. This is not a missed cleaning issue- this is a hotel choosing to have people stay in a room they must know is in horrible shape. The bathroom door won't even push closed, making for awkward meetings with family members overnight.

When we checked in the trash cans out front were overflowing. Parking lot lighting is about half working. Carpets on 2nd floor hallway and our room need a deep carpet cleaning. Our bathroom door didn't close. Bathroom electrical outlet was loose and the cabinet under the sink was loose, the toilet had a large rust stain behind it, the bathroom shower curtain rod was loose and hanging. No cookies...

We were in town for a benefit for a local hospital. The floors were dirty, beds had stains on them, hot tub was roped off with caution tape and that is not on the website that is out of service, pool was slimy feeling, ice machine was out of order.... the worst part was the worker doing breakfast. I very nicely asked for more potatoes, he turned looked me in the face and said I am working on it... with a tone that was not friendly at all. He never cracked a smile. The my daughter was trying to make her waffle. She dripped some on the counter. He told her that if she would pour it in the middle she would not make such a big mess. The food was 1/2 cooked and both the potatoes and eggs were standing in water. We are due to come back next year but we will not choose this hotel.

Water was just warm, not hot, for my shower. Breakfast was just ok. Would stay again for the price, but management could put a little effort into updating the facility and it would seem much nicer. Also, carpets in common areas needed to be vacuumed.

Toilet paper on the roller was left with only a few sheets on it, fortunately there was a full roll behind it. The bed closest to the window looked like someone had been laying on it before we got there. So I’m going to have to the housekeeping inspection process prior to turning over to room ready is pretty poor. Overall room was clean and comfortable. Doors, walls and trim throughout are pretty hard looking, need of a good painting. Staff was excellent, disappointed with no hot breakfast available. Just a few pieces of fruit cereal and a few bagels available.
