Great staff, good breakfast.

Away from Interstate. Quiet and beautiful

We did not have electricity from 3am until we checked out, so no breakfast, shower in the dark

The power was out from 2am past 6am so I left

Breakfast food was sub par, 3 out of 10

Nice appearance and beautiful pool/courtyard area. I also like the layout of the building with a modern design and feel. I like the breakfast as well.

The staff was busy having their own conversations than to fully attend to customers. Our room was a pet room that smelled like pet pee. Breakfast was a little underwhelming. The hot tub had alot of chlorine in it, enough to burn my eyes. The biggest gripe of mine was the staff. Oh, and the ice machine did not work.

The hotel is easy to find and parking is available. The arrival procedure was quick and efficient. We slept well and comfortably. Breakfast was a definite highlight, with a plentiful variety that provided something for everyone.

The only thing I didn’t like was the morning coffee. It was weak. Thankfully we found a Starbucks within 2 miles.

We got a great room on the first floor with outside access.

The hot tub was not available. I was really looking forward to a good soak.

The staff wasn't very concerned about how they performed there jobs. Called to see if we could check in early. They said if we did it would cost us $20 additional. I've never heard of anything so absurd. The room is ready it's just going to sit there. It cost then nothing to let us in an hour early but they want $20 that's just shows me how much this chain doesn't care about the traveling public. Will never stay again because if that. We stayed at five different hotels in this vacation for in early to each and nobody wanted more money. Then at breakfast they were out of several things. Told the gal at the desk she said I'd have to find the lady that was in charge of that. She wasn't even busy with a customer. Then later that evening we came back from supper. I had forgot my key. They gave me a new one. Parked in back close to my room as we had been doing. The new key wouldn't let me in. Drive back around to the desk. Now had to wait for 4 people in front of me. Then was told he didn't know why and use a different door. not my best experience.

the mattresses are dated and uncomfortabl also the bathroom vent is not any anyway efficient

The bottom room with a door to go out into the pool was awesome!

There is never enough parking, the beds are small and uncomfortable and house keeping tries to come into the room while asleep!
