I was in a room on the bottom floor 2 doors down from the front desk. I could hear all the noise of people walking in and out. Next time I'll ask for a different room further from the lobby area.

The bathroom was uncleaned looking, lots of stains, the toliet overflowed and we had to move rooms, the new room air conditioning did not work as well and the furniture in room was worn. this facility would be nice but needs a facelift.

There were rips in the curtains. The room smelled musty - I went to the front desk for deodorizing spray. The toiled failed to flush - I had to take the lid off the tank and manually lift the fill arm. The chair at the desk was clearly one that had originally had five wheels but now had none. We arrived around midnight and were able to enter through the exterior door at the end of the hall which had a sign which read "This door is locked 24 hours a day..." without a key. Was glad it was just me and my boys - my wife would not have stayed there. Glad it was just one night.
