The staff was very nice. Thank you for having a designated parking spot for military veterans.

FALSE ADVERTISING - I booked a hotel and room with breakfast included. In the morning, the receptionist said the hotel does NOT provide breakfast.

The staff were friendly. The price was low. They have many security cameras so feels safe.

The room was missing the smoke detector. The hallways windows were open and missing the screens, so many bugs got in the hallways at night.

Nothing went well this was the ABSOLUTE WORST hotel I have ever seen. From the cleanliness to the staff! They are theives and the place was falling apart onto of it all

Everything could have been better and most of all not kicked out after not even 24hours of being there and being charged for the FULL 3 NIGHTS! IT WAS NASTY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! I would suggest no one ever book this hotel period. I paid $225 for 3 nights and was there from 5pm-11am and after being told I wasn't going to be charged $100 deposit the next day at 10:00am the manager/owner knocks saying we either pay the $100 or get out we obviously said no we got told there was no deposit and we already paid for 3 days he proceeded to call the cops and try to say we smoked in one of the previous rooms WHICH I FORGOT TO MENTION ABOVE we got moved 2x before settling in the last room because 1 room had no TV and was filthy then the other one had a TV that only had sound no picture and as well was filthy. So supposedly even tho we don't smoke we smoked in one of those previous rooms we was in for literally 2min but NOT the room we was in at the time of being kicked out after paying for 3 nights and still have yet to get the refund for the 2 days I DID NOT STAY THERE. Worst experience of my LIFE! I TOLD HIM WE SPENT THE LAST OF OUR MONEY AND WE DONT SMOKE AND LET THE COPS SEARCH THE ROOM AMD THE COOS AGREED WITH US AND SAID THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME WITH THEM AND THE EXSCUSE IS ALWAYS SMOKING AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THEM AS HE IS TIRED OF SEEING IT HAPPEN. SO WE SAT OUTSIDE WITH EVERYTHING WE OWN FOR HOURS UNTIL A FAMILY MEMEBER WAS ABLE TO GET US YET ANOTHER ROOM FOR THE FEW DAYS WE NEEDED SO WE WAS NOT OUT ON THE STREET.

I was not happy with the room at all.

The facility itself looked like a regular Super 8. The room was different. It reeked of marijuana. The sheets and cover had brown stains on them and the chair had a huge brown smear on it. I asked to cancel my stay and was told 'no'. I had only been there about 15 minutes. The person at the counter showed me another room. Smelled better but stains were on the sheets as well. The excuse was that they were going to renovate. That was ridiculous.
