Very convenient location for Kings Island

They don’t seem to want to give you cream and sugar for your coffee! Also, woke up to ants on the night stand.

Room is spacey, fridge/microwave in rooms, ac works great 👍 location for surrounding is good store, restaurants, gas stations

Beds are uncomfortable and move off the platform.

Rooms were clean and up to date

Elevator was broken, which they told us before hand, we still decided to stay. The mattresses kept sliding off of the beds when you move. Hotel staff started knocking on doors right at check out time asking if we were checking out.. as we're trying to walk out the door. Also got a call about a complaint regarding our ONE year old.. staff was very buggy.. probably wouldn't stay again.

The staff went over and beyond for not only my wife and I but for for every guest. It was definitely a home away from home. Ms Dee (Gm) and trusty side kick amie are now considered family in my book...give them..no give the entire staff raises!!!! They deserve it.

Rude staff, they told my nephews the pool was closed after they swam all day yesterday. We left for dinner came back and there was people in the pool. We only booked the hotel for the indoor pool so they could have fun while their mom was in the hospital giving birth to their sister. As we were taking our stuff to the car to check out the next day the employee tried to be funny and say hey the pools open now. As it is literally time to check out. Way to make a kid sad. Also we had to go out and buy towels and wash rags because the hotels are YELLOW. Disgusting. And our socks were black from walking on the floors.
