The water was hot
The tv was broken, remote missing, loud partying music and drinking in the parking lot right outside the room, used soggy rag on the sink upon arrival.

The Super 8 is close to shopping, restaurants, and the highway. The room is comfortable and clean. The parking lot is also clean with simple landscaping around the motel.
When I went to check-in there was a sign that said they would be back in a moment. After waiting for 20 minutes, I left and went to go eat. When I returned two women were back at the reception desk and check-in went smoothly. Sadly, the same thing happened when I check-out. There was a sign staying they would be away for a moment. After waiting for 15 minutes, I left the key behind the glass and left. I went to go eat but then there was no milk for the cereal. Details like leave a bad first impression.
In the room, the TV remote did not work. I spent 45 minutes trying to figure it out and gave up. I ended up using my laptop to watch Netflix. Also, the towels are quite thin and need to be replaced. Also, the two desk chairs in the room are very worn out. There is very little cushioning left in them and thought I was going to fall through. I ended up taking a pillow from the bed to sit on the chair for comfort.

the ladies who run the property are very sweet.
the property is very old and in major need of an update. I paid $155 for one night. We had 3 adults and 1 child with us. This hotel was “worth” less than $50 a night. the bathroom was so gross that no one used it for showering.
