Light out in shower area. Floors not clean.

The couldn’t find my reservation so it took nearly 30 minutes to get checked in all while my toddler who is learning to potty train was saying he needed to go to the bathroom, we finally get a room and the toilet has dried urine and a skid mark in the toilet!!! The door knob was hanging off I was afraid if my kids shut the bathroom door all the way they would never get out of the bathroom. The towels are thin rough and dingy. The shower had no hot water and quickly became a bath since it would not drain. there was a what I’m hoping was only a grease stain on one of the comforters. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable I could feel springs and they sink into the middle. the rooms are dark and dirty. the tv did not work correctly. they advertise a hot breakfast and it was only yogurt apples and over ripe bananas a very basic coffee area and juice. the pool was closed. there is very limited parking we had to park way in the back with minimal lighting at night and no security cameras. when the staff was confronted they said there was nothing they could do because there was no manager on at that time. i could not wait to get out of there. there are 3 other very nice looking hotels all in the same area as this one do yourself a favor and stay at one of those!!!

Room wasn't clean had to change rooms bathroom shower had no hot water. They switched us to a smaller room not what we paid for. Advertised breakfast all they had was banana's and muffins

The pool was closed, there was no complimentary breakfast except some yogurt cups in a fridge. Entrances all smelt like smoke because of people smoking at both of them. Over priced for the accommodations. The kids were really looking forward to the pool.

I have stayed at this location for several years even back in the days of being Best Western. Was only disappointed this time because of the lack of breakfast available.

The door that leads to the inside that has to be accessed with a room key was broken. I didn’t feel as safe as I would have had the door worked as it should. The room was not as clean as I would have liked.

It was absolutely filthy. I don’t think the sheets had been washed at all. The towels were rough and not very white. The smell was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast was a joke. The bed were hard as a rock and the bathrooms were so dirty. There were no batteries in the carbon monoxide alarms. There were wires hanging out of the wall in the hallway. The pillows cases hadn’t been changed in probably weeks, the smelt absolutely atrocious!

Went there because they advertise having a pool. Nowhere does it say the pool is closed because of covid.

Location

Hotel needs freshened and updated. Plaster needs repair. Stains on ceiling. Mattress was worn out! Bathroom fan and refrigerator rattled when running.

This place was a joke! The pool and hot breakfast were 2 things I was looking for when I picked a hotel. First disappointment was to find out that their pool was closed. Our room was an ice box when we arrived. The heat was completely turned off. It’s the middle of January!! Then the 2nd night our room turned into a sauna, we turned it down to 60 and it wouldn’t stop running. We finally had to shut it off completely. No hot breakfast as advertised. The back door to the hotel didn’t require a entry key, anyone could walk in, and then the 2nd door was propped open with the box that covered hanging loose wires (see picture). I’m guessing it was for card entry at one time?? I paid $95/night which is usually around the range I like to pay and never have I had this terrible of an experience. This hotel should be a 1 star costing $50/night.

We only booked the hotel because it had a pool and breakfast which were really important to us in bringing our small children but when we got there the pool was closed and breakfast was a joke, we are really disappointed and would have selected somewhere else had we known this in advance

No HOT breakfast and no pool, which is the reason I chose this location in the 1st place. When we arrived there was a woman who didn't stay here using the computer and the facility's phone she was here all day walking the parking and was joined by a man later who didn't stay here either they argued in the parking lot and asked for cigarettes. The 2 king beds in my room where sunk in, I feel like I paid for the hot breakfast and pool and got neither and want some money back. This place is ghettos doesn't seem to be located in a Bad area
