The breakfast was very good, hot and fresh.
Didn't enjoy the loud music and noisy guests drinking and partying in the outdoor courtyard... made it difficult to sleep.

The room was nice and cozy. The water in the pool was warm. Plenty parking available.
The room was not clean - dusty chairs, dusty TV stand, bathroom definitely could be cleaner. The breakfast was very basic. The outdoor fireplace was out of order (what it seems like for a while now)

It was clean
We have a special needs son and he is in a wheelchair and they put us in the furthest room from the elevator on the 3rd floor and it was very difficult to get all of our stuff into the room

the lat two times we have been there the fire pit wasn’t working and they said they didn’t have parts. I would think by now the parts would have come in.

The layout of the room was nice. I'm a morning person, my husband likes to stay up late. So we could close doors and not disturb each other.
The coffee maker was not real clean. The refrigerator was noisy. The TV in the living room had issues. You had to be within about a foot or less from it for the remote to work.
When we checked in I asked to have the room paid for with a different card. The gentleman checking us in said he got it changed. Before leaving I noticed it was on my card. A couple of days later we noticed it had charged my husband's card but still had the total amount held on my card. I called to inquire about it and the manager said she would call the company that ran the cards, she said she would get back to me. Never heard back from her and it took a few days for it to finally release my funds. I have automatic payments coming out of that account that we had to take care of with different card. Way to much trouble not to mention the worry of overdraft. Probably won't be staying at this hotel again. We understand the problems with getting help and the fact that things are hard for businesses right now, so we can overlook the issues with the room. The money situation is a totally different thing though.

The hotel was clean and rooms were nice. The hotel staff was accommodating when we requested a room with a tub/shower combo instead of just a shower.
For the price, it was a disappointment. Breakfast was just okay...not what we have experienced before at a Marriot hotel. I think the pandemic is probably having an impact. We stayed 3 nights and never would have had a change of towels if we hadn't gone to the front desk and ask. When we called the front desk we were told that they were not refreshing rooms for multi night stays. They did promise that someone would bring towels and empty the trash. Neither was done.
Again, I am sure the pandemic is at least partially at fault. My problem...the hotel has no problem charging regular prices, but they did have a problem providing anything close to regular, expected Marriot services.

The hotel was wonderful! Staff very friendly and the rooms very clean!! Loved the pool and continental breakfast too!
