Breakfast was okay
I thought I had selected a pet friendly hotel. My poor pets had to stay in the car. the temperature was 37 degrees

None of the lights worked in the room

Breakfast was good and place is quiet and calm. Sam's was close by.

The breakfast was good. A nice mixture of hot and cold items. The room was exceptional. The location was close to what we wanted to see.
I was supposed to have a handicapped room. Booking.com relayed my message and sent me notice that it was approved. When we checked in the clerk said she noticed my crutches and power chair but she had no notes in her file, so she checked us in a very opposite of handicapped room. No grab bars in the bathroom. A shower rather than a tub. I had a terrible time using the toilet. When we called attention to this, they were sold out and had no room. To change us to. They did get a shower seat for me. I tried calling booking.com and couldn't get through. Also, the wifi was pathetic.

We got a free upgrade to a king suite. The room size was amazing. The property has a great location. The hot breakfast was very nice. The bed was really comfy.
The bathroom needed to be cleaner. The sink had a few dirty spots, and the shower had some hair from the previous guest.

The beds were comfortable, it was clean, and well kept. The staff was pleasant.
The pool was ice cold. They had a quinceañera that was booked until 11 pm. We were there for baseball, so we wanted our son to be asleep early to be ready for his baseball game the next day. The music, while I enjoy a good party, was over the top, and that is all you could hear until 11 pm. We asked for a discount on the room but they were unwavering. For this reason, I will not be staying at this hotel again. The king room was smaller than I was expecting, too.

pool needs to be checked for proper chemical levels. kids skin and eyes was very irritated abd strong chemical smell in pool room

The location was great for my business needs.
The breakfast was not good at all. There was a discussion held right next to my table at breakfast about the staff and other business. Definitely not the appropriate place for that.

The dog daycare is way too close and the sound of barking dogs all night made sleeping difficult

Clean and modern. Friendly staff. Breakfast included. Texas Roadhouse Steakhouse next door was very convenient.
You could hear people walking in the room above and cars out front at times.

the night shift desk lady was amazing she was so sweet and we talked to her forever and the room was cozy and clean and big Netflix tv
lady who checked us in was not friendly at all but got us checked in pretty fast the housekeeping knocked on our door 3 times within an hour before checkout time after being told to stop the 1st and we didn’t get a do not disturb
