The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we asked to change rooms when we first arrived. There was a loud family with small children having a WWE experience in the next room. We are old and wanted quiet. The front desk clerk was very understanding.

The bed was so uncomfortable. I woke up hurting.

It was in a great location! Staff was very friendly and help my son make a waffle. Breakfast was good as well. Bed were comfortable.

The price was a little high for what it was. But there was a lot going on in Columbus so I would say that was a factor

The lady working the front desk the night we checked in was rude. We had a travel softball team and they were in the pool, they weren't being rough or running but it was 15, 7-9 year old girls so they were loud she came in and yelled and told them to keep it down or they'd be asked to leave🤬

I liked the variety of food. I liked the hours so I didn't have to get up super early. The quality was ok.

I just wasn't a fan of the eggs and bacon. The biscuits wasn't warm. They were wrapped in plastic wrap but were kind of hard.

location. the breakfast was good

run down and not clean. There was old water in the ice bucket from the previous occupant and the bucket was dirty. Staff did not apologize and at first said “we don’t have extras!”

Check-in was fast. Downtown is close by car. Two coffee shops right next door.

The bathroom definitely had black mold in the corners. The bathroom itself has probably not seen a really good scrub down in awhile. After I was done taking a bath, the tub had a gross brown residue leftover that's not very typical of a bath.

It was clean. Friendly staff. Everything was good except the refrigerator/freezer, and our in-room coffee pot didn't work and they didn't offer to exchange it or change rooms. if those two things would have been tended too, the stay would have been perfect!!

The hotel was close to our destination and it was comfortable and very clean.

Room, bed and shower were good and I was very glad to get FOUR adult towels, instead of three and some hand towels. I was able to dry and dry my hair without having to use the same towel. And my husband was able to have towels for drying as well.

Breakfast SUCKED!!!! I had even called the motel before I booked to make sure it was more than a continental breakfast and was assured it was a hot breakfast. Well there were eggs and sausage but the waffle batter was NON-existent. The eggs were only enough for one person in the serving well. Went to get a bagel and there was NO butter or cream cheese. So I couldn't have a waffle and I had to eat the bagel dry. Has to start my day without a satisfying breakfast that I was looking forward to before my meetings.

pillows were hard but I’m picky and used to sleeping with my down pillows 😂

Floor in our room hadn't been swept and there was a large stain on one of the comforters

I was laying on my bed and started to feel wet... I got up moved the covers to find the previous guest had pee the bed... and I'm not sure how that was missed when they remade the bed... instantly took shower and went and got a new room

Location. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

There is still a scent of when it used to be smoking room.
