We were shocked to find out there was no complementary breckfast.

Beautiful room & view
I asked specifically if they used Feathers in any pillows or blankets, and I was told No
After laying down, I couldn't breathe after a few hub realized that pillows were feather after an attack, which could of killed me , I got 0 sleep cause they didn't have any pillows to swap so I had to sit up all night on the sofa :(
I'm very disappointed, $400 a night to get 0 sleep. I couldn't even speak with a manager as I feel I should have been comped 1/2 my staff since u know they almost killed me , I'm 100% highly allergic

You must pay for parking if your not a Marriott member. At $12 a day it could be expensive for a lengthy stay.

Room had wall paper falling off couch was ripped and had holes,hand lotion was used and put back like new. We felt like we were at Motel 6 only we paid $300

i loved everything this place is so new and in a great location it is awesome! it was so relaxing and i got in at 12 instead of 4 like i thought i was going to have to wait thank you for all the hard work it takes to have a wonderful hotel

Room was nice very helpful
Only one elevator worked. You charge for breakfast and parking. No back cushions on couch in room. Run out of parking spots at night.

What they offered and the experience was no way worth the cost. It is laughable that for $400 plus per night and no free free coffee in lobby! Never again

Staff was extremely friendly.
Pool was filthy and scummy. Twelve dollars a night to park overnight for guests is just wrong, we are already paying for a room.

This is the worst place we have ever stayed. Charge patrons to park in their lot. No amenities, and you have to buy everything. Hated the room and was told we couldn’t upgrade even if they had better room (all were booked they said)since we booked through Booking.com and not them directly. Coffee machine in room only plus, and the place was clean.
Horrible beds. Misrepresent rooms. Charged us more than Booking.com stated we would pay. Told us to take it up with Booking.com. King size linens were in room and were to fit pull out sofa bed that was twin size for one person even though room was represented to “sleep 4.” Shower doors didn’t meet and water went all over floor. Too far from everything.

The rates were very expensive for this brand, even on a holiday weekend. This hotel nickel and dimed for "extras," which aren't really extras, like the parking. We paid the pet fee since we brought our dog. Overall, this hotel was very comfortable for our needs (a soccer tournament). We would stay here again on a regular weekend (not a holiday).

The size of the room
Staff in general. Rude 😑. I was sold on booking.com of the fact that it looks like a mountain view with no buildings. When I got to my room all I could see was a building and a mountain. If I would have known I would have saved a hundred bucks and got a view of the city. Also it took half an hour to get the internet to work on each movie watched... Not Impressed will not stay there again

This hotel was just fine. It was clean, had a comfortable bed, decent pool and hot tub and quiet at night for sleeping.
Parking is $12, which is strange because it’s outside of town and there is plenty of parking. Also there is no complimentary coffee or breakfast. But there is a Starbucks in the lobby with a few (expensive) breakfast options.
