The rooms were pretty musty. Would rather pick a different location based off the way we were treated by staff. Not very friendly considering we booked in advance. They tried to kick us off the property over alleged marijuana smells. Not very professional. Spend money elsewhere !

The way staff members treated us was not acceptable. Would have gotten refund and stayed at different location if it was possible but unfortunately, we would've been charged regardless. Spend your money elsewhere your peace of mind will thank you!

lovely big rooms, close to town, quiet excellent for sharing if you have a group

Great location just of the interstate. Close to many restaurants and hot springs. Loved the Bavarian look of this hotel. Very friendly staff at check in and checking out. We stayed two different nights in two different rooms. The 2nd time we stayed they let us check in earlier than expected. Both rooms were lovely and had nice views of the mountains.

On the 2nd time we stayed during the night the shower rod fell down and woke us up. We were able to put it back up ans shower and let the front desk know when we checked out. I wish they had was a hair dryer. But fortunately I did have my own. Also the pillows were to flat and soft for our liking but made it work.

Easy check in.

I loved the flowers and stained glass windows that made the property look welcoming and the cleanliness of the room and area around the hotel. It was also quiet. I never heard my neighbors.

that the room didn’t have enough night stands and shelves in the bathroom to set things down on. as well as hooks to hang towels and items on in the bathroom.

the room was dusty! The room wasn’t the one we booked. Vehicles were broken in to and stolen. The shower drain was clogged you couldn’t really close the door.

Charming little inn and VERY CLEAN. LOVE THE STORY-BOOK atmosphere. Good location as well.

Check in was easy. The room was clean.

Couldn't get HBO as advertised. The price was hiked way up for the holiday weekend. We paid $275 or so for one night, when the usual price, I believe, is much, much lower. Not a good value for that much money.
