Breakfast was good the Ist day , not so good the second . The carpet in our room was worn out and not clean,

When checking in charged us for original 2 day stay. We had informed us they didn't know we were only staying 1 night. Did change charge when I told them I had done it through booking.com. was informed should only deal directly with them. Charged a total of $344. When you reported to us $321. No complaints aboit room or stay. Breakfast was great.

Close to hot springs and downtown. Clean and comfortable.

Location was good as was the breakfast, Evening manager was also cordial and nice (Tyler)
Had to request your room to be serviced, which the front desk person did not like when I requested it...shouldn't have to request your room being serviced at these prices...

The breakfast was great and the snack bar was nice. Also the hot tub was nice.
The cleanliness and maintenance upkeep of the room could’ve been better. There were a lot of things broken and not cleaned.

it’s an older hotel and it shows , the shower head was so bad I almost went to a hardware store and bought a new one so I could take a shower!

Pool and hot tub. Location convenient.
Room had insufficient lighting and was poorly arranged so that neither of us could get out of both sides of our beds. Didn't like the pillows. Breakfast was only so-so, meat patties rather than bacon and sausage, fruit salad pre mixed, plastic cutlery and the coffee not in same room as the rest of breakfast. Good toaster but no choice of bread.

The breakfast was a very nice treat. My wife is diabetic and we were worried that they wouldn't have anything that she could eat but we were happy and surprised.
The ice machine downstairs was broken.

it was clean when i first arrived
stuff doesn’t care about your needs while you are there. stayed there for three nights and requested housekeeping service and it wasn’t done. when talked to the front desk person he said that he was sorry but nothing can be done. the remote control didn’t work and they promised to bring a new one to the room and it never happened i had to go to the front desk twice ti get a new one and then ask for batteries

liked the location and where is next to the parks. especially the hotel rooms which is rlly comfy
people from the office is dry and they do not communicate much with the other people.

Found out we got charged twice for our stay. One from Booking and other at the hotel. They still have not fixed it.
