The Lambs Club has a super cool Art Deco vibe (kind of like stepping into the Overlook Hotel from the Shining but in a good way) and the food/drinks were superb! Love how close it is to the theaters and dinner. Can walk everywhere.

what a beautiful little gem of a property right in the middle of the theatre district. beautiful well appointed rooms. all staff stands on their head to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. breakfast was exceptional and portions enough to feed a group. dinner on the mezzanine was perfect. definitely a keeper 👍

Great staff, great advice on restaurants from the consierge, good conversations with the life guard/pool attendant and very friendly doormen! Nice little pool, nice and large room (junior suite).
The restaurant is a little gloomy and not very family (read kid) friendly - but the food is great (although very expensive), the lobby is very small.

Reception staff never acknowledged you or spoke even when we checked out early they were more interested in getting the room cleaned as to asking how our stay was.
Bed room over looked an apartment block I could sit in bed and wave at the people opposite us.

We booked this hotel because your website (Bookng .com) indicated there was a pool and spa - that is the only reason we chose it as we wanted to be in that area. When we arrived we found this was not the case and we were extremely disappointed.
We paid a high price for the room - and we had a small room with no view.

Definitely not a luxury hotel and not worth 1k+ a night. Old dated rooms. A new holiday inn is nicer.

The Lambs Club was great as was our in room dining for breakfast.
The bathroom is not really big enough for two women to share. The vanity in our bathroom was very small and I didn’t like the configuration of the sink. Items kept falling into an open area near the drain.

the TVs are very old and had bad reception. I would suggest replacing the TVs ASAP.

The staff were very friendly. In particular I would like to mention the Concierge, Sakura. She was exceptional. The location cannot be beat. SO close to everything. Will return again.

Beautifully appointed, fabulous location right in the heart of theatre district. Lovely art deco, jazz vibe.
Staff were a bit dozy.
Didn't know what Marmalade was....
Room keys demagnetised 5 times so had to keep going back to reception
