Location is good. Only 10 minutes form most anyplace of interest and traffic was not bad.

Location was close to everything. Was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was incredible. Everyone and I mean everyone went out of their way to help in any way they could. It was the best customer service we have ever had. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The location is ideal, which is why we chose this hotel again. However, apparently last time we stayed in a "premium suite" and this time we did not, though we didn't select or see anything listed at premium when booking. It doesn't really matter , except "premium" suites have a view and come with snack and drink which was a perk I was looking forward to again this time.
Also, Karen K from the kitchen/breakfast staff is the actual best and deserves a raise
Lida from the front desk at check in was rude and seemed like it was a bother to do her job. She got huffy when I inquired about the aforementioned "premium suite" situation.
The toilet paper was like wiping with a whisper so that definitely could have been better.

The hotel staff was super accommodating (allowed check in an hour early, made a special point to acknowledge my husband's birthday, etc). We love Hilton hotels and have stayed at many of their locations that offer suites. This hotel is more updated than many other that we've visited.
Nothing! The hotel called to let us know that the restaurant would be closed during our stay due to repairs. They still offered a great breakfast in the hotel lobby!

The buildings water pipes burst during our stay and we couldn't shower one night

I liked the location. That was it.
The room was convered in dog hair which I find totally disgusting. The room stank like dog also. I'll never again stay in a pet friendly hotel again. Pet rooms should be like smoking and non-smoking. It was so gross.
