toilet would not flush easily and would take 5+ minutes before it could flush again. no label for extension for room service (has to ask staff). alarm clock speaker is broken. extra blankets were rough

I waited at the front desk for 30 minutes, did not check in, not suitable for families with children, the door is a bar, there are many people to smoke, the front desk staff attitude is very good! Young lovers or couples may be suitable! Has my fee been refunded to me?

I feel like it could have been a little cleaner but I am also SUPER picky about this topic.

Just a little bit off the strip, but in a very accessible location. Lobby is nice, pool is relatively small but quiet and relaxing. Good bar/restaurant in the lobby. There is no casino, but that seemed to be a good thing as it was quieter and not smokey. Would definitely stay here again.

Only drawback was that there was only one bar/restaurant option. The hours were good (11 AM - 12 PM) but it would get really busy at peak hours and be a little tough to get quick service. The quality staff there wasn't the problem, they were all very professional and courteous, for a hotel of this size/quality it just seemed like they needed one more solid food and drink option. Not a major issue at all.

ate at both restaurants food is good. its very convenient. they have a Starbucks but honestly the drinks are terrible its not like a real Starbucks. I would just order a plain coffee and doctor it up the best you can. breakfast items are great. the patio furniture is very comfortable and clean. it says the website says the pool is heated but its not. the beds are somewhat comfortable. very quite.

the Starbucks drinks are terrible not worth the price. they need to invest in detachable shower heads

the service staff was amazing and helpful. The room was great and the over all property was very clean. We only spent one night, so, we didn't really take advantage of all it had to offer.

They pull a fast one on the books. I paid for a breakfast included in the price. We spent only one night, so, we had some bar food and drinks. They credited my bar tab with the free breakfast allowance. Which really can be looked at as a push. But, they didn't tell me that till check out and after paying full price for breakfast. Knowing that in advance might have changed my options for breakfast.
