Very comfortable room

No complementary coffee in lobby when I wanted it.

The location was easy to find and had more than enough parking available. Checking in and out was also very easy.

I don’t have any complaints about the property. My boyfriend and I had a quick stay but we enjoyed it.

The room was nice and nicely decorated. The main thing we noticed is how accommodating the staff was. Upon our arrival, the woman working the front desk booked us in a room, and we went to get our baggage. She noticed that my wife was limping and offered to move our room closer to the elevator, to make the walk shorter. That was very thoughtful.

Rooms are nice

All administrative processes were confusing. Problems with the credit cards (i Have two different bookings and this seemed too complicated for them). Personnel was not nice. Breakfast was of acceptable quality but they lack the items on the manu frequently. Too far from metro, they need to put a shuttle.

I stayed at this Marriott many times before the pandemic. I choose it again for this trip. Helpful very staff, but the entire experience was not the same as before.

Put luggage racks in rooms. Put shower chair in rooms. Add more then 2 handicap parking spaces. Housekeeping should start later in morning or be aware when room is empty. I missed housekeeping 3xs during my 7 night stay.

Horrible!! Certainly not up to typical Marriott standards we are accustomed. This is our 3rd staying and facility has gone down it's VERY dated, toliet ran throughout the night, only one of four charging outlets worked, bathroom outlet about to fall off the wall, no luggage rack n the room, pillow case had what appeared to be Mascara (they brought up two new pillows), security lock on door was broke, peeling ceiling paint. And they have the nerve to now charge $10 for their parking, don't even offer coffee, water. Restaurant is microwave food and very pricy. Could have stayed at their Springfield stay at least they are more Modern and offer coffee/breakfast. This was my last time at this facility, dont be fooled by pictures.

What I LIKED location, hot shower water

Location was perfect. Staff was amazing.

There was a musty smell to the room.
