Location was convenient to the metro.

Bathroom door not ideal. It’s a large sliding door with a frosted glass/material. It looks nice, however; at night if someone is up to use the bathroom it makes the room very bright. Also did not like that upon checking in (which was early) the desk told me there was a room ready but I would have to pay $40 for it as early check in. I haven’t encountered this before. If you have a room ready, it seems ridiculous to pay extra for it.

Excellent restaurant with courtyard seating. Traveling with pets made this a nice surprise. We were able to have our dogs woods during an elegant dinner

No free parking available. $40 valet car fee for the night

The location of the hotel is excellent. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance (there is also a trolley stop right outside). The Metro is very close and was extremely convenient to travel to Washington, DC.

The valet parking location was very unclear.

The breakfast was very good! Coffee was excellent and we tried the carry-out options as well as the full menu and enjoyed both. We loved the King suite with balcony…lovely!

We had problems with one television, but they were in the process of replacing them throughout the property and gave us consideration for that in our billing statement.

My spouse enjoyed the spa

Too many dogs, staff was somewhat friendly. Room was ok, wasn’t a fan of the extra firm mattress. Also had concerns of cleanliness due to all the pets other guests had when checking in.

I love this boutique hotel. Enjoyed the complementary wine evenings. The courtyard was beautiful and relaxing. I like that it has some restaurants on site . Overall clean and comfortable.

I love the location, the rooms are quiet, the coffee is strong, the courtyard is inviting, shower water pressure & temp were great, the bath products had a great scent and were very nice.

the view from rm 222 is “meh” but for a last minute booking after a canceled flight, totally a-ok for me and my kiddo. If this were a romantic trip with my husband, I might have felt a bit disappointed.

Beautifully appointed, clean, modern rooms. We loved the giant shower in our room, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Also, a fantastic location, walkable to the Metro or Amtrak stations.
