Wir hatten ein Zimmer Doppelbett u. 1x Sofabettes gebucht. Das 3. Bett, Sofa Bett war nicht vorbereitet. Es wurde ein extra Bett, auf dem Flur, bereitgestellt. Das Bett mussten wir selbst aufbauen und beziehen. Die Matratzen des Beistellbettes und des Sofabettes waren unzumutbar. Eventuell für Kinder geeignet. Niemals für einen 3. Erwachsenen. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis passt hier nicht.

Nice hotel, clean, tidy comfortable beds, good sized room, Breakfast and breakfast staff.

Out of town and nothing of any interest nearby that was walkable. Some staff were not well trained which led to a poor welcome on arrival, unable to get proper or accurate answers to some questions we had and problems at check out. The room was nice but ours had shutters on the outside which could not be opened, making the room darker. The bar was shut for at least 3 days due to lack of staff and would have been closed at 10:00 /10:30 even if it was open. No porter service to help with luggage. No room service available. There were facilities for tea and coffee in the room but it was very basic compared to other hotels we have stayed in that were not part of a prestigious chain. There were no safes in the rooms. Instead there were safety deposit boxes at reception but these were impractical if you wanted to dip in and out for valuables. As visitors we expected to see leaflets in the foyer about things to do locally. These were put in a corridor and only visible if your room happened to be in that direction. No one mentioned them at all.

I liked the location of the hotel. Travel was easy to downtown Charleston and beach. Bathroom was spacious. Hot tub was nice.

The bed was not comfortable.

A little confusing finding it ( but Mt Pleasant is difficult to navigate!) Like fresh towels every day without asking!

No USB ports. Food too highly priced and not great quality. Staff didn't speak English. We were charged by the hotel and also by Booking.com. Booking.com has also charged us for 4 nights instead of 3 nights.
