The was room very clean and housekeeper was very nice. The breakfast was good.

The breakfast was yummy and they kept everything filled. The location was great! Out of the chaos but close to everything. The guy at the front desk (John?) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. When we went to check in, we actually asked about changing rooms to be on the first floor and it was the strangest thing lol when he changed our room and gave us the key I almost fell on the floor because he put us in room 143 and then my family that means I love you so to me that was a sign that my angels were with us. I would definitely stay there again!

The only thing that could make it better would be if they had bacon on the breakfast bar lol

Hotel needs updating. So many nicer choices close by in the same price range. Interior was old and smelled musty. Person at front desk was very helpful.

One of the dryers didn't work, and there was only two, the door didn't latch strong enough either. Pool hours .

The pull out bed had brown stains on there and I went to get sheets and the blanket the staff member that was there said no one really use the couch like that

Being close to Isle of Palms and Sullivan Island ...about 5 to 10 min to each beach

Had a balcony room which is what we wanted but it was straight across from a car wash and very noisy couldn't really enjoy it to relax

Very good location. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room and bed was very comfortable. Close to restaurants and attractions. Only 15 min from downtown Charleston. Very close to Shem Creek and numerous places to eat. The staff was very nice. The breakfast choices were good. We were in a King Suite, so lots of room.

The pillows. We don't care for the square marshmallow type pillows. Would have liked Kind size or Standard pillows better.

Hot breakfast was good and I loved the lemon infused water each day! The location was perfectly close to everything we wanted to see!

The room had an odor to it, even when we left windows open to air it out, it was still "stuffy" smelling. It did not smell very fresh and clean, but the room was clean.

Location and staff are terrific

The common areas of the hotel are filthy and in need of updating. Room cleanliness was fair. But peeling wall paper, dirty carpeting and hallway conditions are very poor.
