Location was good staff we ver accommodating

Was given a handicap room but did not request this. The carpet was very dirty and spotty. The bed was not comfortable. The pillows had red spots appear to be blood on them there was a fire alarm test done at 5 AM in the morning and I awoken frightened.

The hot breakfast, which they varied each day. The nice sized room with a separate bedroom for us. The kitchen suite, even though we ended up not cooking. The full-size fridge came in very handy. Friendly staff who were accommodating as able. Great location with some good food choices literally across the parking lot.

One dryer did not work. Thankfully, the front desk replaced all our lost coins. There was at least one group of families staying whose kids quite literally ran amuck, bumping into us in the hallway and creating a lot of noise. It would have been nice for a staff member to send them back to their parents when they disturbed other guests. However, the parents did usually reign them in before quiet hours, which was appreciated. The parking lot filled up, and we had to park in the strip center behind. Odd that their aren’t enough spaces for each room.

They breakfast was okay. I only ate it one of the three days I was there.

Very clean. Staff was very professional and friendly. Although we stayed only one night, it was an enjoyable stay!

Hard to see where to enter property. Between no lights or signage visible, we circled (3) times trying to enter, lol.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortabe and clean. Bathroom was updated and very clean. Location was convenient and close to the city of Charleston as well as the beach.

Although the room was overall clean, the rooms's carpeting and couch could use a deep cleaning/replacing. Would have been nice to be able to access HBO, Netflix etc on the TV.

The pillows and bed were amazing. Most of the staff was super friendly. Breakfast each morning was great. Location was perfect for traveling between the beach and downtown Charleston.

One of the nights we were there an rv pulling a car was taking up 6 parking spaces and we had to park in a retail area and walk over to the hotel. We were told that area is for overflow parking. We were told the rv pulling a car was parked there because they couldn't park in overflow or it would be towed. We checked the sign in the area and the sign said, "no tractor trailer parking" not to mention two other vehicles that were hauling trailers were parked in the overflow area over night near our vehicle. So it was a little frustrating.

Booking somehow messed up. I am trying to fix, but I had two reservations, and should have been one. Charged for both I talked to reservations and booking.com but not fixed yet.

our bathroom sink had not been throughly cleaned there were whiskers stuck on the sink. other than that everything was good
