Room cold, terrible service, staff unhelpful. Heat was not working and staff unwilling to compensate. Overcharged for stay.

The hotel was outdated and dirty. Come to find out the room we stayed in had bed bugs, I have bites all over. Will never stay at a comfort inn again.

The ones at the front desk are so kind and my room was very nice. I will stay here whenever I attend Tinley reptile event.

A good choice for an overnight stay
Good service at check in. Prompt, efficient and friendly. Room was great, good linens, good bed and sufficient breakfast.

There were 2 TVs in the room. 1 didn't work. The microwave buttons were in Spanish. The 2nd night, I got all the way to my 3rd floor rm carrying bags, and i had to use the restroom, and my key didn't work! I had to go all the way down to the front desk to get my key activated. The rm phone didn't work either 😞

Check in was just ok. There was no one at the desk and the sign said to call from the lobby phone and we did. The guy who checked me in came off as a little bothered then when it came time to pay for incidentals he was like “you know it’s $100” and it came off as if he was implying I wouldn’t have it. Then reading over the agreement when I initialed and advised I didn’t want to be charged for the safe he snapped back it would be taken off. Other than that, the room was clean and sufficient for what we needed. Probably won’t be back though.

We had a great experience at Comfort Inn - we were in town for the Sammy Hagar concert at the Credit 1 Ampetheater,They gave my the name and number of a driver that would take us to the concert and get us back to the hotel! Wonderful and friendly all around

At first everything was good until I entered the room and the room did not smell fresh.
The carpet needs to be cleaned ir replaced!
Then in the morning I had red bumps all over my Arms Back and Legs! Yes BED BUGS were biting me while I slept!!
I reported this to the frong desk and all I got was Im so sorry!
I asked to speak to the manager or owner abd was told to leave them a voice mail and they will call me back! Well I have not received a call back yet and its been 2 days!
They held $100 incident fee on my Credit card which I feel I should have been given $100 for the Bed Bugs bitting me or refund that I paid for my nights stay!!
I have stayed at this hotel a msny of times and have never experienced this I am very disappointed and will not stay here again!!
I would add pictures of my bites on my body but that would be a violation of my body!!

Way too expensive for the quality of the room and mediocre customer service at the front desk. Not worth the price, might as well have booked the holiday inn next door.

This is a nice hotel for the money in the area. It is the lowest priced out of 9 hotels in the immediate area. The rooms are clean spacious. There is a complimentary breakfast. They have a pool and exercise room. You can walk within a block to many restaurants. The staff are very nice.

Fine for one night. Wouldn’t pay much outside of a concert time though. Parking lot and area is kind of run down.

The room was clean even though I had recleaned everything. No bed buds. No loud neighbors. Anything I needed they provide great service. Breakfast could have been better but thank you.

Some of the evening people was rude and took them to long to get us in. With my oldest having Seizures we cant be in heat to long. They keep telling us to come back in hour. The only good thing was the morning workers was nice

Parking is all the way in the back of the property not ideal at all.. and the breakfast is terrible don't even bother to get it

We stayed here for a concert in Tinley Park. The price was very affordable so I was nervous to see what the room looked like. I was very impressed with the cleanliness. The staff greeting us was very personable and kind. They also provided a hot breakfast the next morning. I would absolutely stay here again!

House keeper walked in at 9:30 am although check out is 11 am. Don’t depend on continental breakfast because you will only get coffee and a muffin.

My handle in the bathroom was broken. The a.c. didn't work that great. And yhe parking wasn't all that great. Very few doors to access the hotel. Pllows were small and thin.
But i like that they had lemon water available at all times. That was refreshing.
